Chalet vacation rentals in St. Gallen

The house is what I would think of as a ski dream cabin. Quaintly furnished, spotless equipment (games, kitchen equipment, everything there, lots of love in the decor) and the ski resorts right around the corner. We will definitely be back. ☺️

A very nice and well-kept cabin in a beautiful location. Very quiet with beautiful view and perfect for hiking. Great hiking opportunities, if you want you can hike right from the cottage. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need. The contact with the hosts has been very pleasant and likeable. I will definitely come here again for hiking. Great! We felt very comfortable at Chalet Chesaplana from the first minute. Everything was sparkling clean, cozily furnished and nothing was missing...from the raclette set to fondueset to the sharp knife (which we never had at a place), everything was available. The location of the chalet is just perfect - right by the middle station of the gondola, and it was very quiet. The contact with Markus was very nice, we got a lot of information and Markus was always available and very helpful. We sincerely thank Markus and Erika for staying in their wishful chalet and for the great and very friendly communication.

we had very nice Easter days in the "Chrüsi". In cold weather we sat in the living room by fireplace, in good weather we could hike and barbecue outside.

Wonderful accommodation and the views out of the window/balcony is simply breathtaking! We were literally surrounded by mountains and waterfalls. The place was pristine, the indoor fireplace was perfect only adding to the coziness. Communication with Frida was exceptional. Also shout out for offering us a late checkout! If you want a therapeutic break away from busy touristy areas, this place is a must.

The chalet is very spacious. In addition, you have a magnificent mountain panorama and the chalet itself is a successful interplay of old and new. The kitchen is really extremely well equipped, better than at home ;) You can walk to the slopes maybe 2-3 minutes, even less on the way home.

When you enter the authentic Appenzellerhaus, it makes you feel right at home. You can tell that the house is inhabited, because everything you need is available. There is an incredible amount of interesting things to discover throughout the house, whether it's books, pictures or objects. The furnishings are unique and inspiring. As a guest, you feel welcome, because everything is prepared in a friendly way. The host is very reliably available and extremely straightforward. We really enjoyed our vacation days in this unusual home and in the beautiful, quiet area.

Beautiful authentic farm in a fantastic environment! The farm is relatively isolated in the pastures, we hiked a lot from the house. The surroundings of the farm offer a lot of play possibilities and the ping-pong table made available is a plus! The house is large and there is a closet filled with games and toys to occupy any rainy moments. Attention to people of high stature: the ceilings are low! A big thank you to our hosts for sharing this little piece of heaven!

The highlight of our experience was definitely the private apres ski in the wine cellar, the sauna & pool which added a touch of luxury to our stay. What a fantastic stay we had! Everything you could need was provided and there were plenty plates, glasses, pans etc. The whole house was very clean and plenty space for our group of 8 adults. We stayed as a group for a weekend in the unique Chalet Chnorz. It's not easy to describe Chalet Chnorz with words. The many loving work that has been put into this place can only be guessed. After two days, I felt like I still didn't discover all the corners. True paradise to just escape the old day. A brilliant get-away experience. Ralf gave us good advice from the beginning, warmly welcomed us and also saw during the stay that all our wishes were fulfilled. Even after leaving, he took care of our lost-and-found material. We had a great weekend with friends in this beautiful house. Everything was as advertised, easy check-in, fast and friendly communication, beautiful outdoor area and mega hot tub. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. We will be happy to come back.

one of the best Airbnb experience I ever had. The house location is fantastic: private, mountains views from every window and the lake is just a few steps from the door. the house had everything we needed and more. the kitchen is fully equipped. The sleeping arrangements were as we asked and there was everything for our 2.5 years old daughter (toys, child seat, toilet seat...). we enjoyed hiking in the area and to just seat and enjoy the views... Urs was very welcoming, he made sure that the house will be warm enough for us and that we will have all we need. In addition, Urs was flexible with the check in and out times. thank you for the wonderful stay!

The chalet is gorgeous, jeffrey really nice and offered lots of baby stuff. There are lots of stairs and doors that don't close properly - so you need to make sure to make it baby proof. Would have loved a later checkout around 11 or 12 (9AM is brutally early) - especially since no cleaning crew had arrived by 11 (which es when we left the premises). Otherwise, pool is awesome (and baby/child proof), super close to the lake and any hiking destinations. Beds were comfy. All good - we talked about coming back next year :) loved the view, the place and the vibe <3

very likeable hosts. We enjoyed the apartment very much, it is nicely decorated. Comfortable mattress. Great location, right next to the gondola lift. We had four great days.
