In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt in der Altstadt für Alleinreisende, Freunde und Familie. Historisch, einzigartig, idyllisch und doch irgendwie wild gelegen an der Mülenenschlucht direkt beim UNESCO Weltkulturerbe Stiftsbezirk St.Gallen. Wo heute kaum ein Neubau mehr denkbar wäre, wurde dieses Gebäude vor fast 200 Jahren ursprünglich als Appretur (Textilveredelung) erbaut. Studio apartment in Buchs SG

The studio is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet area, with parking (+ garage for bicycles), small terrace and separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a pull-out sofa (140 × 200), a single bed on a raised platform (not suitable for small children), private bathroom and small kitchen (see pictures). The house is located 5-7 minutes' walk from the train station, BZBS, OST and the city center.

We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.

The cozily furnished studio (first floor) is located at 800 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area. From the sunny seating area you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis). A grill bowl is available there. The bus or Appenzellerbahn train can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Within 10 km there are various leisure facilities (mini golf, swimming pools, hiking, skiing, biking).

Make some memories at this family-friendly place! Parking right in front of the apartment. The large lawn invites you to linger high above Lake Walen and enjoy the unique view of the Churfirsten. The middle station of the Flumserberg cable car is only 800 meters away and is within walking distance. The kitchen also has a Nespresso machine, microwave and dishwasher.

St. Gallen central and cozy

This pretty 1-room apartment is centrally located on the first floor with a separate entrance, small seating area and private kitchen. It is otherwise used as a practice room. The bathroom is 1 ½ meters away via the hallway. It is for exclusive use. I speak German, English, French and Spanish. I can somehow communicate in Italian.

This 2-room apartment is fully equipped and is also suitable for longer stays of several weeks or months. Perfect location Cantonal Hospital, close to OLMA grounds. The bus around the corner takes you to the center in a few minutes. Ideal for business people, trade fair and hospital visitors and weekends in St. Gallen.

Detached cottage in the countryside. Enjoy the tranquility, fresh air and the view of the mountains. Seating in front of the house with fireplace. First floor kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living area. 2nd floor: a room with a double bed and pull-out sofa.
