Villa vacation rentals in St. Julian's

We really enjoyed our stay at Kathleen's. There were 6 adults and 3 children in our group and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was much more spacious than the photos showed. The swimming pool was amazing! So great to have that available and all to ourselves. Kathleen was very friendly and responded quickly to messages. The apartment is in a peaceful street and it was easy to park outside and travel around the island from there.

Great place. Lots of room and very nice Villa overall. Lino was great houst. Helped as with everything and even took us to supermarket with his own car. Everything was just like promised and we did have great week at the Villa Buddha.

We had a great time at David his place. Upon arrival we could check in early, which was very convenient after our early morning flight. David was very welcoming and gave us advice about the surroundings and what to do in Malta and around the house. Our kids were able to enjoy the pool immediately and we relaxed at the nice loungebeds. The view is wonderful, nice sunset view looking towards Gozo! The apartment has all the basics that are needed for a pleasant stay. We slept very comfortable in the beds, the kitchen is very complete and towels for as well showering as for use at the pool / beach were provided. The location is very central, from here it’s easy to travel all around the island and the other islands. It’s also near the nicest beaches of Malta. David is very responsive and assertive, great service! If you are looking for a nice, simple but complete accomodation with a pool and nice views and a friendly host, I can definately recommend this place.

The house was great and the pool was beautiful! The place was in a great location as well. Antoine was a proactive and responsive host. It was such a pleasant experience!

Excellent house for our family of 6. All necessary amenities are available. We especially enjoyed the pool area. Kelly and her family are extremely kind responsive. If you don’t have a car, note that nearest supermarket is around 1 km away and downtown are with all restaurants etc approximately 1,5 km away.

Charlene organised everything great and answers your questions quickly. We loved the garden and our kids loved feeding the turtle Paddy. The neighborhood is quiet and the supermarket and some restaurants are on walking distance. Malta is a beautiful island and Mellieha. We had a lovely holliday.

Clean, big, spacious house. We had a pleasent stay here. Emanuel, the host, is very friendly, he lives next door with his wife. The house is a bit warm, but the bedrooms have air conditioning. A deposit of 150 euros had to be paid upon arrival.

Great stay at this maltese home. The villa comes exactly as described and nothing was missed. Especially the roof is perfect for a relaxing nightcap or the first coffee in the morning. Expect to make a lot of hard decisions about where to have lunch or dinner during your stay since there are a lot of great restaurants, bars & cafés in the neighborhood to choose from. But the best part of the stay has definitely been the amazing hosts Warren and Mariella. They proactively offered their help at any time and always made sure that we didn’t miss anything. If you need a transfer from or to the airport - don‘t worry, Mariella will take care of it and book everything for you. Thank you so much! We will definitely try and return to Villa Joseph one day.

Eddie was great, looked after us and made us feel at home. As a group of 11 boys looking for a relaxing weekend, this villa was perfect! Bolt/uber is so cheap, it’s never an issue getting around

The villa was everything we hoped for with unbelievable views and great facilities in the villa which were so much fun especially for our large group. The bedrooms were so clean and spacious and the villa had more than enough room for everyone. The villa is in a lovely location only a short taxi ride from Valletta and Marsaskala which is a lovely town. Chris was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and gave great instructions. Look forward to coming back!!

The house is absolutely lovely. It’s located on one of the main squares in Mdina. The square is bustling with activity during the day, and then is peaceful at night and in the morning. It’s magical to be able to wander Mdina during the off hours from most of the tourists. The house worked really well for our three generation family group. Plenty of group spaces for eating together and enjoying each other’s company, and also plenty of spaces for people to have their own time as well. What a treat to stay in the historic palazzo for 10 days. Thank you so much! We hope to return. Andrea and Joanna were fantastic hosts and always responsive.

Good villa for group stays, great location near the paceville (for clubbing), great common area and outdoor pools.

Stayed here from a Friday to a Monday in February. Everything was perfect. Jane was really helpful both before our visit and during and organised our transfer. She even let us stay there for an extra 3 hours after checkout time which was very convenient.

I stayed here for a week with my family and I found it to be the perfect central location to relax in and see Malta from. St Julians, Valletta and the airport are all short taxis away and the the area was so peaceful. The house itself is spacious and the pool was a gorgeous spot to relax at. There was a Lidl a 10 minute taxi away also. The host was extremely responsive to any queries we had and I would absolutely recommend this villa.

Our first time on the Beautiful island off Malta & WOW what a place !! Melliah is beautiful & the villa is in a Good location if you like walking, you are within 15 minute walk away from everything in each direction, But if you don’t want to walk just use Bolt (Car arrives within 4 minutes & cost around £3 to take you to the main parts off melliah) Janice & the team were very responsive answering every question asked. The Villa is perfect & match all the pictures, very clean, plenty of fresh towels & a full clean if staying longer than a week. We will be back 100% thanks to the team & Malta for being Beautiful. There were 10 of us staying here & we had more than plenty of space! The place is just sensational. You feel like you’re in a castle that is hundreds of years old. We are especially thankful for the charter boat recommendation. We hope to return one day!

That’s the best experience in Malta living this historic and beautiful house . The landlord couple Paul and Jossete are very very nice people . It’s a quiet area ,not far away from Blue Grotto,and also easy to go to Vallarta and St.Julians Hans

We have spent a good time in the villa, relaxing and recharged. The villa is really a great place for you to escape from the stress. Enjoy a drink in the pool side to have a sun bath. We have a great barbecue night in the poolside as well. lovely place lovely host

My family and I stayed at Janice’s place at the end of September for 8 nights, we had the best time. The Villa was clean and the surroundings were lovely and easy to get around. The hosts were helpful and responsive, any time we enquired about something they were super quick to reply. Just very lovely people. We would definitely recommend staying here. Gorgeous beautiful villa, very quiet with lovely views. We were 3 families in a group of 11 , stayed for 4 nights. The terrace , Living room and kitchen on the 1st floor are stunning, very quiet area, lovely views and the host Victoria was always a message away. She was very responsive and we felt we were in good hands. The indoor small heated pool /jacuzzi on the ground floor was an added bonus. The adults and kids spent every evening there to unwind after a long day. Amenities were plentiful, towels , complementary slippers , coffee pods, sugar etc . The outdoor pool was only used for photos as the water was very cold as it was April. We would love to visit it again
