Side B Unit- kick back and relax at this peaceful and centrally-located 2nd floor studio apartment located in Saint Lucie West. Close enough to do some shopping, visit beaches, and catch a quick baseball game, yet far enough to have some quiet. Our cozy studio can sleep up to four guests. Great for a small family or a quick business trip. We also have an adjoining unit next door which has a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a bedroom with a king bed and can be booked separately if available.

Sweet third floor condo with cathedral ceiling. We love the sunsets from our Magnolia shaded balcony. 3 minute walk from our private sandy Atlantic Ocean beach. Resort like setting. Just a 3 minute walk over manicured grounds to our beautiful private ocean beach. Also a short walk to tennis, golf, several sparkling pools, gym and pickleball. Be sure to read our reviews to see what our guests have enjoyed most. Queen Bedroom w/fresh linens; the adjacent bathroom has a walkin shower.

The community and environmental is extremely serene and fully equipped for a beach vacation in South Florida. It has a private beach, various pools and tennis courts, a golf course, gym, restaurant, and many more amenities. The apartment itself is fully equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, bathroom utilities, bedroom utilities, and a pull out couch.

EXTRA HYGIENE. We also follow suggested cleaning guidelines recommended by the CDC to avoid cross-contamination. QUIET, RELAXING , BEAUTIFUL and IMPECCABLE APARTMENT. Accommodates up-to 4 guests (2 Queen Size Beds, one full and comfortable bathroom with Jacuzzi). At a walking distance from the PGA Golf Club that features three Championship Courses and less than 5 mins away from the First Data Field ( NY Mets Spring Training ) and I-95. Walking distance to convenience store.

Right next to the PGA Golf Course, approximately a half of mile from I-95 and an array of wonderful restaurants/bars.
