Villa vacation rentals in St. Thomas Parish

This was a great stay for our family as we had a larger group, each person could get private space and come together in the shared space! It's near Natural Mystic so you're right next to the night vibes but if you don't mind then the location is worthwhile because it's also very conveniently located to the beautiful Frenchman's Cove.

The host was great, and they offered everything from catering to a butler who, might I add, cleaned the space while we were away, to our surprise, folded items left on my bed. The location is also close enough to the town of Port Antonio for a quick stroll or drive to grab anything you may need or hang out at one of the many eateries. I highly recommend this location and wouldn’t hesitate to book it in the future.

This is our second time at Carleva Bay. We love the privacy of the location, the ability to walk the quiet beach and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. We felt right at home the moment we stepped back on to the property. Mangoes were just starting to ripen and wow it was so amazing to be able to pick them fresh from the tree. Miss J is the cherry on top! She’s so attentive, friendly and a really good cook! We can’t wait to go back to Carleva Bay!

Venecia was an amazing host, responsive proactive and very helpful. We had amazing time! The home was very specious and clean and the location was close the beach 8minutes drive. Venecia went above and beyond her duties to ensure we were comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay and will be staying again pretty soon.

Second time booking on here. It was a great place to stay. First time booking with my brothers and sisters to bury our dad but we loved the location and the home and host she was amazing the house manager very sweet woman. I would definitely stay again minus all my siblings. The ocean view right outside was truly a blessing. Loved how spacious and comfortable the home was. No complaints and communication was good any questions or concerns were promptly answered. Neighborhood was very friendly and it was a very comfortable experience. Felt secure staying there with 24/7 security no real complaints to note. Go ahead try the home you’ll enjoy your stay too. A+++ would stay again

Niambi’s place is definitely a hidden gem. It’s super rare to find an Airbnb in Jamaica with a swimmable, uncrowded beachfront that isn’t exorbitantly expensive; Niambi’s place is the exception. The house is right on the ocean in Long Bay, a quiet town that’s a 20 minute drive from Port Antonio attractions. We spent so much time on the deck, enjoying the ocean view, eating meals outside, watching the sunset, and stargazing. I swam in the ocean, and the beach was so secluded and peaceful… 99% of the time, we had the entire coastline in both directions to ourselves. Local residents were friendly, and it was nice to be in a place that wasn’t oversaturated with tourists. We enjoyed some great food at local restaurants and drove to Port Antonio in our rental car to explore the area. Niambi was very responsive to messages, and her local contact Monica made check-in and check-out easy. This stay was the perfect way to spend the last half of our vacation before driving back to Kingston.

Our stay at the River House was magical, peaceful and enjoyable. The roaring sounds of the river outside, lulled us to sleep every night. The decor of the home was impressive and comfortable. Any issues we had was readily addressed to our satisfaction. The host was always available and responsive. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting a private oasis to escape to. Our favorite restaurants to dine was Strawberry Hill Restaurant and EITS Cafe. They both had excellent food and breathtaking views of the blue mountain area.

My stay here was perfect. It’s in a great location and the views are amazing as it overlooks the ocean. The house was spacious and clean, including the pool. It has everything you can ask for. It is great for families who want to experience the old school vibe of Jamaica. The host, Ryan was also great and easy to communicate with. I will definitely return again!

What a beautiful place in an enchanted setting! Only steps away from the gorgeous Blue Lagoon, and a nice healthy hike over to the amazing Boston Beach and Winifred Beach. The place itself is everything found in the pictures, with a spectacular view from the balcony off the dining room, and more cute corners to relax are found throughout. It is also highly recommended to hire the cook (Joyce) to prepare fantastic Jamaican cuisine for your stay. Our family who grew up in JA attested to the authenticity of her cooking, and everyone found it delicious.

The place is as described. Well Equipped with everything you would need including towels. The appliances and amenities were more than sufficient. While not a fault of the actual house the beach isn’t really bathable but beaches are a drive away. Also not many food options around so you would need to drive to get food. The view of the beach on a sunny day from the porch is beautiful and very relaxing. Would definitely stay again. No water issues. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty but worked well most of the time. The Netflix was a great add on. Tenique responds well

The property was breath taking, perfect location for a getaway/hideaway. The staff were very friendly and accommodating in addition I kept in communication with Delroy, who was very charming and quick to respond to my queries. I would recommend the Serendipity to anyone who wants a hideaway. I would recommend that the owners invest in air condition throughout the house, not only in the bedroom units. Must recommend that visitors to the property take the owners suggestion on a chef since there is no eateries near the property and the nearest town is miles away. I would definitely revisit the Serendipity, great accommodation💕

This is an great little country oasis in the hills of portland. Quiet and private.

We really loved our stay at Syble. She was an incredibly attentive and lovely host. Very understanding and present. We had a little leak in the bathroom and she immediately tended to it. She also shares some crops from her farm for us to enjoy and sold us some of her eggs which were delicious. Overall, it was a great experience. The house is spacious and beautiful. It probably needs a few repairs (a couple of loose cupboards, small things) but i would say it is still in really nice condition. The location is fantastic overlooking Boston Bay. There’s a nice pool and a great view. The bed is extremely comfortable and really soft sheets. Overall Syble is the highlight and her kindness and responsiveness as a host made this a five star experience for us!

Beautiful view and great host. The caretakers were great and very easy to communicate with. Dennis and Shaunna were friendly, took great care of us, and although around to do what was needed for our stay it felt very private still. The pictures and description do not do the house justice. It is even better in person. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay and was well equipped. Will most definitely stay again if Fred will have us.

We were a group of 8 ( 4 rooms ). The only problem was that most of us never had hot water. That was not a problem for me at all and they even changed 1 of the rooms but still the same. Lovely place with a spectacular view at the restaurant and swimming pool terrace area. Quiet and clean.
