The lovingly furnished apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a three-party house in Stade Kopenkamp with 2 sides of views over rooftops & treetops, quiet yet central. Whether the beautiful old town or the nearby idyllic lake, everything is within walking distance, also the train station & supermarket in about 13 minutes' walk. The charming old building apartment, newly renovated, is ideal for two or three. A sofa bed offers an additional sleeping space.

Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC ausgestattet. Der Schlafbereich befindet sich im Schlafloft über dem Wohnraum und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Most of the furniture comes from antique or junk, yet the apartment and kitchen are state-of-the-art equipped (smart TV, Wi-Fi, induction stove, dishwasher, etc.).

Our flat is close to Hamburg and Stade and the river Elbe. The distance to the next Train station is Horneburg (6 km away). The flat offers two single beds (90 x 200) which can used as single or as a double bed. Also the flat has Internet and a nice view into the rural landscape.
