Absolutely beautiful cottage, garden and area. The house had everything we needed, the garden area was breathtaking especially when sat in the hot tub. Nice and private location. Communication was always responded too fast and approachable. Our children didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be returning, thank you very much.

Millstone Cottage, Shropshire Getaways.

ClaireRating, 5 stars1 day ago
My daughter's and I really enjoyed our short Easter break. The location was so peaceful and beautiful. A much needed retreat from Birmingham. We made full use of the wonderfully relaxing hot tub. We enjoyed a meal out at The Ship Inn and several walks along the river. We took a walk to The Severn Valley Visitors Centre and caught the steam train back from the Country Park Halt. A lovely afternoon out. We recommend this Airbnb and hope yo visit again in the future.

Fantastic views and very comfortable and peaceful stay too. The bikes available for borrowing made for a great activity day and we made use of the fresh herbs available in the courtyard for cooking.

Jacks Cottage with hot tub & Alpaca Walking

TonyRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We had a fantastic short break in Peak District and Jack's cottage was the perfect place to stay. Very quiet, peaceful spot in the lovely village of Brassington, but central if you're looking to visit Matlock, Bakewell and Buxton. The cottage was very clean, well maintained and had everything you need - including robes for when you get out of the hot tub! We didn't find parking an issue at all, with plenty of street parking just up the hill towards the Miners Arms pub. Speaking of pubs, the Miners Arms (which is the closest pub to the cottage) appeared to have closed down, but we'd highly recommend The Old Gate Inn which is a little further (3-less than 5 min walk), but has large garden, good ales and great food. Natalie and her husband are friendly, quick to respond to any queries and offered advice on local walks and places to go. Would love to stay at Jack's cottage again, perhaps in the winter with the log burner going!

Peaceful cottage in Parwich village with hot tub

Thomas SebastianRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We had such a wonderful stay at Caroline’s beautiful little cottage, it was everything we wanted and so much more! The photos really don’t do it justice, it is a stunning little cottage with everything you need for a lovely weekend away. It felt equally homely as it did special, it was immaculately clean and everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The village of Parwich is beautiful and peaceful with a lovely pub which serves great food and another for great drinks. The hot tub was a real bonus and Caroline’s garden was absolutely beautiful, listening to the birds from the hot tub and patio was just lovely. Couldn’t recommend enough and will definitely be back. Thanks again for a wonderful weekend Caroline!

SnapTin - a lovely cottage in beautiful Bakewell

VickyRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We had a wonderful stay at Snaptin! The cottage is absolutely beautiful and we loved how cosy, welcoming and full of character it is. All of the little details are so well thought out and everything is provided for a comfortable stay with a little bit of luxury. Helen is a fab host and was so friendly and helpful, we really appreciated all the little touches like the homemade bread and chocolate that were left for us on arrival, they were delicious! Snaptin is in the perfect location for exploring the Peak District and is only a short walk from Bakewell's lovely town centre. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful rural Peak District farm cottage

KateRating, 5 starstoday
Very special historic building and location, friendly hosts. Enjoyed reading some of the history in a book in the house. Beautiful remote location, very peaceful, lovely walks from the door The house was warm and comfortable. The front garden was the only space our dog could be off the lead because of the animals . Although it’s enclosed the wall is low and she would have been keen to jump over to explore all the exciting noises so had to be very closely supervised!

The Gate House, Wetton. Great base for exploring.

JodieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
John and Pam were fantastic hosts! We were greeted by John who showed us everything in the quaint cottage, Pam had sorted us out with amenities like bread, milk, eggs, butter and more! There was also a lovely little welcome pack with chocolate bars, crisps and prosecco! The cottage is amongst such stunning scenery and there are so many places to walk, wished we'd stayed longer! Amazing night sleep too. There's a pub up the road that does really lovely food, but a bit pricey but if you want more choice you need to drive out of Wetton around 20 mins or so. John was full of local knowledge and couldn't be more helpful, sadly didn't meet Pam on this occasion but her little touches made us feel right at home. Gryth the border collie is a very friendly lad too. I would definitely stay again, but a bit longer

Rocking Stone Cottage - Idyllic Rural Retreat

RoyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Rachael has a top AirBnB rating because her place is superbly located and thoughtfully set-up. The cottage is very light, spacious, super comfortable and clean, and has all that you could want for a relaxing stay. Standout details are the list of walks and places to eat and drink, the views from the house, the really well equipped kitchen – and not forgetting Rachael’s greeting with a tin of home baked brownies, 2 ponies and 2 dogs! And the stag with antlers running in the next field… We will be booking our next stay at Rachael and Gerry’s cottage soon and hope to book the neighbouring Stables Cottage and superb looking cabin too for a visit with family.

Peak District Cottage in Winster, Sleeps 2

PeterRating, 5 stars7 months ago
John could not have been more interesting, interested, helpful and kind. The cottage is one-up (plus a shower room) and one-down, extremely well designed for two people and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need including detailed items like a vegetable peeler! Parking off the road is do-able (and John is pleased to help), but not for the faint-hearted with a medium or larger sized car! We would not hesitate to stay again if visiting this beautiful part of Derbyshire.

Tagg Cottage

HelenRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We had a great stay at Tagg cottage. Everything was squeaky clean and really cozy and comfy. Rebecca was a great host and got back to us straight away with answers to our questions. The added bonus of the best ice cream shop ever (boys’ words!) just next door was the cherry on the cake. Would definitely stay again if we’re in that area of the Peak District.
