The perfect location to enjoy some peace and tranquility in the countryside. The house also benefits from being right on the lake with a private jetty where you can use all the kayaks and paddle-boards provided. In the surrounding areas there are some beautiful walks where you can explore the nearby areas. The local village in South Cerney is within walking distance which has some convenience stores. It is also very close to drive to some bigger supermarkets for anything else needed. Inside the house, everything is pristine and decor is to a very high standard. The kitchen and dining area was a great open space with room for all of us to be in without feeling cramped. We found a lovely welcome basket included by the hosts and there are all the amenities you would need in the kitchen. The layout of the house was perfect and the ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms was great, even for a group of girls! Overall we had a fabulous trip and the hosts were always on hand to provide recommendations.

Janice has a lovely house in beautiful surroundings. I particularly liked that everything was nice quality including towels and linen. There was plenty to do in the area with places to eat within walking distance or a short drive. Janice was a very good host her communication was excellent and i would highly recommended a stay at her house.

Stunning location! I visited here with my husband and two young children and it was perfect for a little family getaway. The weather was definitely on our side too! The lake was so peaceful, we loved everything about the accommodation. We visited Bourton-on-the-water, Chichester Park, Cotswold Country Farm and more. We will definitely be returning!

When looking at this property, I initially felt it appeared fairly expensive. However having finished my stay, I can confirm that it was so worth it. The hosts were easy to communicate with, made accessing the location easy and even offered several food packages from the on site butchers. The property itself was beautiful, in such a lovely and private location. The large TV equipped with Netflix & Music and log burner makes for a cosy night in after using the outdoor kitchen and BBQ and hot tub. The property was cleaned to a great state and everything was in good condition. The facilities provided are far beyond what you would expect in an Airbnb. We had such a lovely and relaxed evening. We had the pleasure to stay at the house over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. The surrounding area is beautiful and the house the well positioned with a beautiful view of and access to the lake. We’ve take the opportunity to make use of the row boat that came with the house. Inside, the properly was nicely furnished, clean and spacious. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Would highly recommend!

This is a terrific place, great location, great ambience, everything you need, right in the heart of Stow. It's a small place tucked into the attic space so there's a few quirks. If it was my place, I'd do better than a curtain between the bedroom and the bathroom, something better than a see-through blind on the skylight right over the bed, and somewhere, anywhere, to hang a towel in the bathroom (simple hook over the shower screen?). Not to mention the kitchen drawer that only opens when the oven door is open! But as a guest, if these things are likely to bother you you're not reading this, you've already booked a hotel somewhere with the tour groups. Instead you've got a place full of character in a top location. Overall this was a great Cotswolds stay. We loved it. Highly recommended.

lovely place to stay on a live working farm, all animals are amazing kids and our selves will miss them! hot tub was one of the best we have been in held the heat really well. views from the place are amazing host and family are lovely people too. definitely will be coming back

Noel and Karen are just the best! They could not have been more helpful. the property was breathtaking, somehow even better than the photos, Everybody in our party commented on how beautiful and comfortable the house was. Nobody wanted to leave. Noel went above and beyond with his messages, responding almost instantly with a great deal of helpful information. We left with some amazing memories. I could not be happier. I've spent the last couple of days scrolling though pictures of our lovely mini trip wishing I was there again. thanks again for all your help. Hayley
