Melinda’s attention to detail is exceptional. The kitchen is well appointed- and labeled! Our running joke is how long it takes you to find the cutting board (and if there even is one)- so the organized pantry was really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable with good quality linens. There are beautiful robes, plush towels and the bidet was a treat. The home was spotless. It is a short walk to the River Run lift and plenty of parking. Very quiet at night.

Our family had a wonderful 8 day stay at Chateau Noir in Sun Valley! It really was the perfect house and location to celebrate the holidays with our semi-adult kids and significant others who love to ski and enjoy the outdoors in winter. The house felt like home and the kids were able to have their independence without an extra car because the house is walking distance to town and on the bus route to the slopes.

We had the best stay at Monique's - it was perfect for three people and in such a prime location. It was extremely walkable to everything in Ketchum and super close to the ski mountain. I would stay here every time when visiting Ketchum.

This home is the perfect, quiet getaway! The way the subdivision is situated, you truly feel like you’re alone in the woods. The creek trickling below with the chirping birds- I could’ve sat on the back porch all day! The inside was just perfect and so beautifully decorated. The space worked great for our women’s church weekend. Our entire party was able to sleep peacefully, as well as share meals and gatherings together comfortably. The hot tub and proximity to the local hot springs pool were a great bonus! Would love to come back in the summertime! Brent was flexible, very quick to respond and lovely to work with. I’d recommend Brent and this gorgeous home to anyone!

we had a hornet issue that the host responded quickly to my only issue is that we were 5 adult women and one bedroom was actually a loft in the 4th bedroom so not an option for ladies in their 70s who use facilities regularly after bedtime ..

The cabinets a perfect place for our family of four adults and two kids. It snowed the entire time we were there so we didn’t get out much but the cabin was cozy and inviting so it didn’t matter much. The game room was perfect for my kids! The extras that were provided were so thoughtful too. Whenever we had a problem or were missing something, Jesse walked us through how to find the item or solve the problem.

Mike was very responsive with recommendations. Great restraunt (Roost) close by. Paddle boarding was excellent on Little Payette. Other water was a little rough with large boats. Mountain biking all around. Best trails were the back side of Brundage.

Steps to warm spring lift-perfect location, super comfortable beds, space for everyone in our group, pool-sized hot tub was awesome after skiing all day, hope to stay again next year! Thanks Carter!

We loved the cabin and hope to come back again! There was a slight hiccup in directions (two different ways to access the cabin) but the host was so quick to respond! It was the perfect spot for a family getaway!

My friends and I rented this cabin for my birthday and we had a wonderful time. The host was very responsive and helpful during the trip. We had a great view of the stars. Other than the driveway being a little icy in the winter time, it was overall a great birthday weekend.

If I could give this host 100 stars, I would!! The house was amazingly beautiful and in such a serene location. We saw so much wildlife right in the backyard, which made for lots of photo opportunities! Mike deer, wild turkeys, squirrels, quail, and even farm animals in close proximity. This house is historic and has so much character and charm. The creek runs just in front, and was soothing to listen to. We enjoyed it immensely, and the price was very reasonable! I highly recommend this host and property!!!
