The house is brand new, and everything was spotlessly clean. It is essentially two living spaces with full kitchen and entertainment both on the main level and downstairs. All the beds were comfortable, the master suites were very nice, and the bunk rooms were very functional. There is a Blackstone grill on the upper deck and a Weber gas grill on the pool deck. The pellet ice maker was also a pleasant surprise. Tim was super-easy to work with, and very accommodating. If I were trying to come up with three adjectives to describe this place, they would be “gorgeous, upgraded, and spotless.” If we’re in town again the same time next year, we will be hoping it is available again.

Rebecca and Ben are the most caring hosts! This place is seriously moneys worth, and won’t surprise you with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful stay at this home during our fitness retreat! The house is spacious, well laid out, and comfortably accommodated our group of 7 women. There was more than enough room for us to spread out, run fitness drills, and play group games—yet also plenty of quiet corners to relax, journal, or just enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings. One big plus was the laundry setup, which was super convenient given how active our weekend was. The location felt like a great blend of accessibility and seclusion—perfect for a retreat that needed both energy and calm. The host was kind and responsive throughout our stay, and we appreciated their attention to detail. We'd definitely return!

Michael and Lima were both great hosts. Their house is on a quiet street and within walking distance of just about everything you could need in uptown. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely recommend. So spacious, welcoming and warm. Great location - was 15 min to Mercy Hospital where I was visiting family. Felt private as it’s a giant one bedroom apartment above the garage, which is a separate building. Large rooms including huge shower!

This is the cutest little Airbnb close enough to all the fun things you may want to do during your stay in Charlotte! We loved our time and hope to stay again!! Rene is a wonderful host too. Very responsive to messages sent, and easy to communicate with. She checks in often enough that you feel cared for, but not so often that it feels invasive — just the right balance. She makes the space homey & sets everything up so when you arrive and check in, it feels just like walking into a home away from home. It’s clean, spacious, and has everything you might need — even things for cooking all your meals from scratch!! We highly recommend this little spot.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our trip. My brother and I visited our family in Kannapolis, and we loved it. Very clean and comfortable, two separate bedrooms and bathrooms so that we could each have our own space. So many great things within walking distance, we love that downtown! Highly recommended!

We were only there one night but it was just what we needed. Quiet and clean and very comfortable. Robbi was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had such nice touches for our dog from a bone to a bowls already set up with water. We will stay again when in town.

Jac was very responsive and sent very clear instructions on where to park, how to get inside the building, and how to check into the apartment. He also gave a great list of recommendations on places to go and where to eat. Place was very clean and the beds were comfy.

The apartment was as described. We needed somewhere we could stay and walk to a local music festival. This location was perfect for that. We parked when we got there and didn’t move the car until check out.

Great place in Charlotte - too many pubs/restaurants to list that are walking distance. The instructions were clear and helpful, the place was clean and bed was comfortable. If we are back in Charlotte we would definitely stay here again!

Marc’s spot is in a stellar location - good food (for most moods and $$ ranges) shops, music venues, drinks all within walking distance. It is also a short walk to the light rail which can take you to other neighborhoods in the city. The loft is even better than pictured, beautiful space. Not to mention Marc is an unbelievably kind host. This is my new go-to booking for Charlotte trips. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

What a great trip. I was in town for a convention and decided not to stay at the hotel. The place was in an amazing location, I walked to the days meetings, got coffee in my way. Plenty of food options, really no need for a car at all, I took an Uber only once. The hosts made it super easy to check in and even allowed me to check in much earlier than I originally expected due to a flight change. Highly recommend this stay and the hosts. -M

The apartment is spacious and comfortable - plus a great value for the money. Easy drive access most anywhere in Charlotte, and walking distance for uptown. Eugenie was also accommodating with check-in and date adjustment which was greatly appreciated. As others noted, it is bright in the morning (worth the trade off for the bright space during the day), there is some mild neighbor noise (not super loud) and smells in the hallway, but not at all in the apartment. All as described and even better space/comfort than expected. Definitely recommend.
