Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

This cottage can accomodate up to 8 people comfortably with possible room for more. A large deck and back yard to enjoy barbeques, campfires and activities. 25 minutes from Mont Orford. 23 minutes from the US border in Derby Line. 15 minutes from Coaticook Lately, some lady bugs along with a few flies have found their way to the windows and cottage.

Water access within walking distance, on a dock in Fitch Bay (overlooking Lac Memphrémagog). Note that this is not a beach, and it is not possible to swim near the dock.
