Trockentoilette (Chemietoilette nach Absprache) & Außendusche gibt es auch. Viele Wanderwege & Aussichten! Eher für jüngere Semester geeignet :)

Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

We have generously broken down the walls in the old winegrowers' business and you can now enjoy the panoramic Moselle view. A wonderful symbiosis of today's living standards and the charm of a mountain inn. The living-dining area is open plan, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a separate area with a sofa bed. High above the Moselle, you will be floating in this newly renovated, very spacious accommodation, which used to be a quaint wine restaurant. From the terrace and the living room - the former guest room - you can see far over the Mosel loops near Tarben-Trarbach and the hills of the Eifel. There are two separate bedrooms, a large bathroom and in the living room next to a modern kitchen plenty of space to relax, dream, read and linger for two to five people.
