It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

The more than a hundred years old holiday home "Sonnenwinkel" in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bavaria) is located at the end of a private branch road. The lake with good swimming opportunities and the S-Bahn to Munich are reachable in a few minutes' walk, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes living room, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed (access to this via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.

The accommodation is cozy, quiet and surrounded by nature. It is a ground floor apartment. The small terrace at the entrance is surrounded by the garden. 5 - 10 min. you need by car to the lakes. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers adventurers, business travelers and families (with children). Please arrive by car.

The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

After our beautiful garden apartment in the basement, you can now get to know Villa Romenthal from a completely different perspective: Under the historic roof beams, we welcome guests to our open 1-room loft with roof terrace. The beautiful Ammersee is about 900 m away.
