Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Starved Rock State Park

The place is in a nice neighborhood. Easy to find. It was just me and my three small dogs, but seems like it would be a great spot for a family. I was really grateful for the garage for my vehicle. I stayed in the master bedroom. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is nice and has everything you might need if you were going to cook, etc. I didn’t communicate with Kamran during my visit, but had some communication after checkout. Kamran had discovered that the storm door bracket hinge was damaged where it attached to the wood frame. I did not cause this damage. He wanted to check if I knew anything about it. I let him know that I did not. He was very respectful. I would stay there again.

We loved it and we come to Aurora a few times a year. We will definitely be staying again.

We had a great short stay. Great location with many amenities. Nice decor and layout. My kids had fun with the foosball, air hockey, and swing-set. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again for a longer duration when back in the area.

It was easy to find the house and checkin. The house was even more beautiful than the photos, especially the front rooms with the picture windows. The woodwork is incredible. We really appreciated the immaculate fenced-in yard, since we were traveling with two dogs. There’s also a great donut shop about 3 minutes walking distance, and the Main Street is full of options for dining and shopping. The only thing to note is that the bathroom sink had a very low flow (although the water pressure in the shower was great). Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views, great layout, and extremely dog friendly with nice touches make this place stand out! Very close to all the state parks in the area, but there’s plenty to do on site as well. Check in was seamless, we had clear instructions throughout, and the place was perfect!

It was a great stay for me and my son and his wife and my two grandsons. The boys loved all the games and us adults really liked the pool table. Didn't get to enjoy the pool while we were there cause it was too early in the season, but all in all a really nice place to relax. It's got everything you need there minus the food of course.Give it a shot you won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a quiet, pet friendly neighborhood with lovely views of the river. Everything we needed was provided and we liked the layout of the house. Regarding sleeping accommodations, there are beds for 6 people (2 queens with twin bunks above each) and additional sleeping options are provided via a pull-out sofa and 2 futons.

We come from Chicago a couple times a year to hike at Starved Rock, Matthiesen, etc, so we thought we would try staying for a full weekend. This place was the perfect fit. It was pet friendly, so our dog could come along, and it had great amenities at the resort. The staff was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Our extended family keeps coming back to this amazing house. It’s always cozy and clean. The location is ideal as there’s an abundance of bars and restaurants within a short walk. Kelly is a great host - she’s super responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this house and we will return.

Maria’s place was great! Easy access to the Airbnb & the yard was a bonus for our two dogs. Lots of little touches that made the stay pleasant; coffee, water, snacks were all appreciated. The bed was very comfortable too! I would definitely stay again when in the area.

The rural setting was quiet and relaxing, yet still close enough to town for convenience. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in easy and stress-free. Nice place in a nice neighborhood. Wifi was amazing around 500Mb/s, so perfect for the days when I had to do some work at the house. Kitchen was a little light in what was stocked, there was only a few plates and bowls but at least there was a dishwasher with enough detergent that it wasn’t really an issue. Other than that, great place.
