My stay in the Luzia space was perfect, your daughter Fernanda who kept communication with me before the check in is very friendly and the place is surreal of beautiful with a wonderful view. I intend to return more often!!

It was the best days of my life, waking up with an incredible sunrise, sleeping listening to the waves of the sea, having all the meals feeling the cold wind, being able to cross the street and walk along the beach, bathe and enjoy the scenery. Great accommodation, beautiful garden and always tidy, completely in love, I will be back for sure. Great location on the so-called Rua das Flores, very close to Rua do Lazer and Arthur Gerhardt Square. Parking the nearby vehicle was a negative, in contrast. Taty and her husband are a friendly and attentive couple. I missed some intens in the house. The room is small, but it would fit a sideboard or other furniture below the spider or another corner to place the belongings. We carried iron, but we did not know the voltage of 220 in the region.

The room is small, but enough for two people. It has a rack and a mini fridge. The shower is very nice and the place has passed security.

I was very pleased with my stay! The place is exactly like in the photos, very clean, cozy and well located. Lúcia was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The place is gorgeous and the view from the room is wonderful! Wagner and Mariana are very kind and very receptive. The suite is well airy, organized, clean and with great facilities. I highly recommend the location without a doubt!

great value for money in Itaúnas.. if you go to Vila to enjoy the beach and forró and need Airbnb more for bathing and resting, I highly recommend Fernando's space. it's small (if you want to stay indoors a lot maybe it's not the best option) but super cozy, it was extremely clean, it has air conditioning and a fan to handle the heat of Itaúnas in the summer. I loved the details, like the paintings on the bathroom and kitchen walls. And the village is too beautiful, one of my favorite destinations in ES.
