First, I would like to congratulate Juliana, this property is excellent, perfect location, very clean apartment, extremely comfortable and well decorated, all the utensils you need are there, nothing was missing, there is nothing to improve in the apartment, in addition, for my taste it is located on the best beach in Espírito Santo.

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

We stayed in a group of 15 people in the house and met our expectations. Privacy district to make a barbecue and fraternize after the beach, close to everything we need (supermarket, farm fair, pharmacy, beverage distributor), in addition to a busy area with toys. As we were with children, the backyard, elastic bed and toys that they already have in the house was extremely valid. We love the stay and we only have compliments to hosts, who have always been kind, proactive, and available. Photos depict the location exactly. Only compliments and sure we'll be back soon!

The corner of Mari is a warmth, just like her. Super friendly and available to help. Our days at her house were amazing and she gave all the necessary support. All very whimsical and in good taste.

My stay was quiet, house clean, organized, and cozy very strategic place, close to the blue stone and close to all the attractions. We asked Jocilane to help clean the housewife, to make our breakfast part of the stay. All perfect.

Flavio brother of Lê is an excellent host, is always ready to attend, helped us with some simple problems at check-in and also with some maintenance that was promptly resolved by him, congratulations ! Sensational, comfortable home and has everything you need to spend your vacation. The only thing that was not and was announced was Sky, but there is no need for you to spend a few days on the beach! The house exceeded all expectations! Very well maintained, clean and with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. The look the house provides is unmatched. The decor is cozy and the rooms are spacious. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. I would definitely rent it again and recommend it to friends and family!

Marcelo's AP met my expectations, a very clean place, cozy, family environment, great location, Insurance, matches the photos. Located on the third floor, with stairs, the shower really is a little weak and to bathe in the hot it is very hot, air conditioning is a little weak, on hot days it doesn't help much, only the night that cools more. At the most I liked a lot, Marcelo very nice, request, helped us a lot to get to know the city, driving, tourist spots. Always showing wanting to help. I went to celebrate my birthday and gave me good recommendations. Voltaria for sure. Thank you Marcelo.
