The place is really nice It has all the utensils, good restaurants around and it is very quiet. 24-hour gatehouse. We love it!

We love the location of the house, super close to the access to the river and waterfront and also to the main avenue with the restaurants. Well-equipped house with many kitchen appliances. The host Malu was super attentive, made our check-in flexible. Without a doubt my family and I intend to return.

The house is exactly as described. The fact that there are 4 identical en-suites makes it much easier to accommodate and divide the rooms among everyone.

We stayed in Ana and Roberto's space for a weekend to run a contest. The house is amazing, extremely clean and organized and has everything we need for hosting. Ana is very helpful! We recommend it.

We were in three people in the loft and the stay was excellent 😍 The place is exactly like in the pictures — clean, well decorated and super comfortable. The bed and sofa bed are great for a good night's sleep. The location is strategic, with easy access to everything we need, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Host was attentive and responded quickly whenever we need to. Great cost-benefit. I recommend it without thinking twice and I would definitely come back! It is not so far from the center, although it looks small held 5 people well. All well-equipped environments, the host lives in front - even terrain, which facilitates direct communication with it. Respond with agility and sympathy. We'll be back!

Located near the center, the space met all the expectations generated by the announcement, having all the amenities a family needs. Everything clean and organized. The hostess showed attention and understanding with particular situations. Finally, everything was perfect.
