Super well equipped, full kitchen, large indoor space well divided, and super safe. In addition, our host Rodrigo was super attentive and knew how to instruct us perfectly in all situations. Stayed in the very spacious apartment for two weeks. Jofre was always very communicative, willing to help and provide useful information and instructions. I used Google Translate a lot, as I don't speak Portuguese. Enjoyed the terrace with the most amazing view over the city and river a lot. The swimming pool is an added value and allows for a good swim too. The living room and the main bedrooms have airco. The kitchen is basic but OK. The apartment has a parking space. Top location. Close to restaurants, shopping mall, super market, touristic places. City development was ongoing in the neighborhood, so the location will for sure even have more added value in the future.
