Vacation rentals with a patio in Rio de Janeiro

The apartment exceeded my expectations, much better than in the photos, it has all the necessary support, impeccable cleanliness and organization, the condominium is very safe, all the outdoor areas are very well maintained, impeccably clean, the staff are all very polite and helpful. The region and its surroundings have beautiful beaches. D Rosilda is a very polite and helpful host.

My experience was excellent! We stayed at the Januário and Lívia space during an event in Rio Centro and everything was great. The location is excellent, very close to the convention center, which made our displacement a lot easier. We were in five people and everyone felt very welcome. Lívia was extremely attentive from the time of booking until the end of the stay, always available for any adjustment or doubt. The place is well structured and very functional. Another positive point is the practicality. There is a market next door, with great prices, and two excellent restaurants right in front of... the Mineiro and Santos, with tasty food, fair prices and impeccable service. We strongly recommend to anyone who is going to events or even the tour. It was a comfortable, safe and stay with great hosts. Thanks for the reception!

The location of the apartment is excellent!! It had all the amenities. It is located between the 6th and 7th posts. Very good security. There is a 24-hour supermarket below the building, which is very convenient. It had all the necessary items for cleaning. It has a microwave, coffee maker and washing machine; electric oven and stove and a very good refrigerator, essential kitchen items. I recommend it

The apartment is very wide and quietly held our group of 6 people. There is a bakery and supermarket nearby. Unfortunately, due to location, some uber drivers do not accept rides in the evening. We chose the apartment because we had a swimming pool and the photos caught our attention, but unfortunately it was closed. Overall, the experience was very good and the host Fernanda was very solicitous, responds quickly and was very polite at all times. We will definitely come back more often.

This might be my favourite Airbnb I stayed at in Rio. Extremely beautiful, very spacious, balcony was perfect. Everything was exactly what I dreamed of. It was very easy to communicate with the host. The only thing is because the area is on a hill some Ubers can’t make it up the hill. We took Mototaxis and that was just fine. I will definitely come back to this beautiful apartment!

Honestly, there is absolutely no complaints whatsoever about this property and the overall experience at this location, from the start of the trip until the end. Luiz provided an impeccable level of service. He was at the property to greet us with a warm welcome and showed us the property to it's entirety. Luiz was a phenomenal host. Very personable and easy to reach and super accommodating. The Let's talk about the property itself: The best beach view you will get. The apartment was really welcoming and stylish, with plenty of natural plants throughout the unit, which made the air very light. We had access to all the amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, convenient store downstairs etc). The location was superb! A good balance between relaxed and fun, without the very busy, overwhelming environment as Copacabana. Great for family and traveling alone. Barra Tijuca is just a great area in general, with lots of restaurants on the strip. Truly a five star experience!

We had an amazing experience at Eduardo’s place. Not only the apartment has one of Rio’s best views, it is located in a safe and accessible area. The apartment was very clean and pleasant. Eduardo was an excellent host. Very flexible, helpful, and pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend Eduardo’s place and hope to be back some day. 😊🥰

Quiet place. Exactly as in the photos. All very new, I missed one thing or another in the kitchen, but nothing that hindered the stay.

It was a wonder, the view is really amazing, Nicole was very attentive too, best place to relax ☺️

Staying in this house was a wonderful experience. It is simply sensational — surrounded by nature, reclusive in the woods, which guarantees peace, privacy and a unique contact with the surrounding green. The location is privileged: next to a super charming and cozy restaurant, Peixe no Mato, ideal for quiet meals without having to leave. One of the highlights is the breathtaking view of Arraial do Cabo and Cabo Frio, which can be enjoyed directly from the house. It's from those places where we find ourselves sighing just by looking out. The house itself is perfect: clean, well cared for, with a very tasteful decor and everything working perfectly. In addition to staying only a few 5/10 minutes of the best beaches. The stay exceeded all expectations. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will definitely be back as soon as I can.

The pictures can't show how beautiful the view is, a unique experience. The host Rogério, very cool, good people, always ready to meet us, helped us with recommendations of the on-site tours and with places to eat, did everything he could, always responded quickly and informed us clearly. And finally, Felipe who went to check out gave us several recommendations, talked about good times to come more times and some places we hadn't visited.

A familiar location. The noise of the river water is a the playground aside , and without eminent risks because the place is fully preserved and closed . The kitchen area, leisure and the playground were the environments in which we were given rest and my family can stay in the same space . My 2-year-old grandson had fun and the toys that the house has kept him very happy because it is a space that he seemed to have already explored and we were safe..

The house is a cute, all organized. The stay is well worth the stay. I went with many small daughters, and it was all trabquil. I recommend it!

Our stay at the house was quite pleasant. The property is spacious, comfortable and has integrated environments, a feature we greatly appreciated. The location near the city's entrance cloverleaf interchange offers a quieter environment, without the heavy traffic of the center, with easy access to the southern and northern beaches, in addition to being close to the city center. The hosts were helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout the stay. We appreciate the welcome and look forward to returning soon!

THE HOUSE IS MUCH BETTER THAN IN THE PHOTOS. CLEAN, EQUIPPED, WELL DECORATED.... WONDERFUL POOL AND GOURMET AREA. THE CONDOMINIUM IS QUIET AND PEACEFUL. THE LAKE IS THE BONUS....THE DUCKS LOVE TO INTERACT AND GET BREAD.😊 I RECOMMEND THE EXPERIENCE IN THE HOUSE. WE WILL CERTAINLY RETURN. SCORE 1000♥️

Great accommodation, I felt at home, spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, were provided towels, pillows and sheets, mega cozy spaces. The hosts were very requested in everything, including in relation to check-in, which was ultimately super easy, as was the checkout About location, in the same block there are markets, gas station and pharmacy. A few minutes walk away, there is a mall, quadra, ferry, extra market and several amazing niteroi museums.

Sirlene's house is very well located: close to the beach, restaurants and bars in Itaúna. The condominium is great, with a great pool and quiet neighbors. My dogs loved it and were very calm too. I'll be back for sure!

First I want to thank Diane , my husband and I love the stay , very clean apartment, I didn't miss anything . I recommend to know the beach with the black tip, it is busier and the sea is quieter , enjoy the free public transport to all places of marica and air-conditioning , I did not spend anything with Uber. Where Ap is, I didn't see only grocery stores . But I went to the center and bought everything I needed at the supermarket . wonderful, clean, quiet

The apartment is small but very functional — it has everything it takes for a comfortable stay. The sea view is simply amazing and hearing the sound of the waves was a real relaxation. It is on a small and very quiet beach, perfect for rest, away from the confusion and fast pace of the most touristy areas. I recommend.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, spacious, next to the mall, wonderful view, you can use the hotel/condominium infrastructure.

Our initial impressions were amazing. Apartment and furnishings were very modern, high quality and in excellent shape. Balcony views were beyond descriiption. Bathrooms were ultra clean and well maintained. Pam was quick to respod to our every concern or need.. Everything woked perfectly, except we did looose water on our final day, due to building maintensnce repair work, but Pam had no controll over that. Only a few minor disapointments. Did not like extra matreses in bedrooms but inderstand this nessessity for greater occupancy. The guest BR has sliding door to balcony but larger pimary bedroom did not. The main balcony table and chairs are beautifull and of fine wood construction, but the height places eye level at railing height, which obstructs views when sitting. Two bistro/bar chairs or elevated director chairs at the bar counter would be a fantastic improvement. Towels were adequate, but not plush or thick. Everthing else was perfect with our stay. We would stay again
