You come to a small organic farm with an organic shop with vegetable cultivation, chickens, geese, cattle, cats and dogs. The space is completely ecologically renovated and can also be used as a seminar room or for events. There is a total of about 90 m². Kitchen and bathroom with shower. In addition, a large room with a double bed on the platform and a small room with mattress storage. The large room is heated with a pellet stove. You have the opportunity to spend your vacation in 10 apartments in our country house on our family-run vacation property. Each apartment has its own terrace. You can explore the entire Baltic Sea coast via very good bike paths. The bakery is in the village and is 1:45 minutes away by car. 2 very nice beaches, supermarkets, restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes by car. There is no shortage of excursion destinations such as the zoo, thermal baths, adventure farms, and towns for strolling.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Each room has a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped from the coffee machine to the dishwasher. The small highlight for bad weather is a PlayStation 5 that can be used. The apartment is at ground level.

The rustic Backhus is part of the Old Museum Yard and can accommodate up to 6 people on two floors. In the adjoining garden you can barbecue, play and enjoy the view as you wish. 2 bicycles are provided free of charge. On request and subject to availability, we will gladly provide you with additional bicycles with which you can explore the surroundings. The sightseeing towns of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn are just a stone's throw away.
