90 m2 spacious cottage in quiet area on Nordfalster. Only 100 meters to a shared children's and adult pool (open mid-June-ultimo August). 50 meters of crow flies to Guldborgsund, and about 250 meters to a small beach, where there is also a bathing jetty. Just 8 minutes from the highway, so very centrally located in relation to Lolland, Falster, Møn and Zealand, where lots of sights are within 1 hour's reach. The house has fiber network, TV, and all necessary service and appliances, to have a comfortable holiday.

Swimming pool/sauna can be used free of charge as desired. You reserve time and have the pool to yourself. Wi-Fi, laundry, billiards and table tennis, cot and high chair, etc. are also free. 100 meters from the house there is a grocery store, beach, cafes, marina, etc. Quiet and centrally located with a starting point for many experiences on Møn and South Zealand.

Below the house there is a natural swimming lake with an associated sauna so it is possible to have winter swimming with the saunagus.
