Great apartment for outdoor agents newly renovated

We offer a furnished convenient 1-bedroom apartment for 1-2 people south of the Thuringian Forest. Our apartment is very comfortable and also has underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. The room is suitable for relaxing, sleeping and working. It has a cozy couch for up to 2 people. The kitchen has a rustic flair with a small table and two chairs. To the bathroom belongs a new shower, sink and a toilet. In the summer-time you can also use the terrace to enjoy the sun just outside of the apartement. In summer, you can explore countless trails in the Thuringian Forest. Unwind and enjoy in surrounding traditional pubs with traditional Thuringian and Franconian cuisine. In winter, there are many cross-country ski and skating trails. You can practice your winter sports actively or just take a relaxing walk in fresh and crispy winter air. For Cross-country skiers there is a variety of difficulties available, from simple to challenging trails. For skiers and snowboarders nearby slopes also rank from simple to challenging. At ski arena Silbersattel in Steinach, only 15 minutes drive from us, you can get the kick out of winter sports, even if you are just beginner. The area further offers the residence of Coburg (Bavaria), the Upper Main-Therme Bad Staffelstein (Bavaria) and the Meiningen Theater which are all worth a visit. Since we live next door to the apartment and are very familiar with the area, we also give you information about outdoor activities and other attractions in the area. Central and yet very quiet location in the glassblower town of Lauscha. The apartment is on the first floor to the south. A garden terrace is provided separately. Parking is right by the house. For comprehensive insight, there is a homepage for the apartment under Ferienwohnung Otto Lauscha. All sights such as the ski jumping hill, the museum of glass art, the summer toboggan run, the entrance to the trails and slopes or the hiking trails on / around the Rennsteig are within easy reach.

Holiday home Eden game room hiking Thuringian forest

The vacation home is quietly located, without through traffic, directly on the edge of the forest, with a nice hiking trail. In the area, there are cycling and excursions to sights (e.g. Gold Museum, Rauenstein Castle Ruins, and much more). For children there are great highlights here: In the vacation home itself a huge playroom, in Sonneberg the Exotarium, toy museum, toboggan runs, ski slopes and much more... Also suitable for ski fans! There are great slopes in the area.

They stay in a former leisure center. This is located in the conversion status and the first two guest rooms (1davon through room) as well as toilet and bathroom, are completely renovated. Wifi available but no TV. Feel invited. Outstanding is the large sports room, which is equipped with table tennis tables, fitness balls and plenty of space. If required, another accommodation and food can be requested on request, next door in the inn.

Switch off and feel good - Our cottage offers you a small escape from everyday stress and noise. On 55 sqm there is enough space for romantic togetherness, but children are also welcome, because they can retreat "to the small cave" under the roof top. Four-legged companions (dog !dog liability insurance!) are also welcome here. You can gaze into nature from the terrace and enjoy the sounds of the pond and the rippling of the wild stream.

The construction trailer made of larch wood is ideal for a romantic vacation for two. While lying in the loft bed, you can watch the stars through the large panoramic window or comfortably drink a cup of tea in front of the fireplace. In the small bathroom there is a sink and the compost toilet. In the building for the campers on the premises, you also have the possibility to shower and use a "normal" toilet.
