Only 35 minutes from Hamburg's city center, 25 minutes from charming Lüneburg and 10 minutes from the picturesque Elbe, a lovingly renovated attic apartment of around 80 m² awaits you for feeling good and relaxing. The roof was completely renovated in 2024 and shines in new splendour. The bathroom is a real gem. Thanks to the new insulation, it's not so hot in the summer. Check-in is done by key box. There are 2 bedrooms, as well as a spacious living and dining area.

Seevetal farm near Hamburg

Located between Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath, our small farm with adjacent fields is located in the municipality of Seevetal. On the upper floor of the residential building is the approx. 100 sqm apartment, which is perfect for relaxing in the countryside or exploring Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath from here. Both excursions can only be reached in 20 minutes by car. Alternatively, there is a bus stop within walking distance with connections to Hamburg.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway right on the Elbe Cycle Path. The house is located just outside Hamburg directly on the Elbe. It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.

A small 1-room wooden house in a forest settlement, a district of Stelle, is waiting for you. The "mini" house has a small bathroom and a small kitchen corner (fridge, ceramic stovetop and mini oven). A variable dining table and a bunk bed are the perfect equipment for two people (total approx. 15 square meters). There is a small terrace for sunny hours. Part of the garden can be used.

Reopening September 2022! For more than 120 years, the former Timmann Inn has stood on the Elbe dyke in Rosenweide south of Hamburg.
