Die gemütliche Wohnung (43 qm) mit eigenem Eingang befindet sich im 1. Stock eines denkmalgeschützten Hofes in Laufnähe zum Simssee. Der Hof befindet sich im Riederinger Ortsteil Beuerberg direkt an der Hauptstraße Richtung Prien am Chiemsee. Der Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile und Schlafcouch ist durch eine offene Treppe mit dem Schlafbereich (Doppelbett) verbunden (keine Tür). Der große Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten kann mitgenutzt werden. E-bikes können gegen Gebühr ausgeliehen werden.

We rent here a fully furnished and very cozy gallery apartment in a quiet location. In the lower area is the living and dining area as well as access to the bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area with a double bed on the upper floor (glazed gallery). The kitchenette contains everything you need to cook. In the garage under the apartment is the washing machine as well as space for bikes, skis... e-bikes can be charged.

Sit back and relax in this stylish space. In winter, in front of the crackling fireplace or in the freestanding bathtub, in summer lying under the flowering pear tree... - Lavender, wine - all a little wild... Our holiday apartment is on the 1st floor and is approx. 40 m² in size. This makes it ideal for 2 (+2) people. It consists of a spacious living and sleeping area and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. A spacious terrace invites you to have breakfast in the sun, to relax or to relax in the evening. A free parking is of course also available. To the Simssee it is about 350m - with public freely accessible swimming meadow and jetty.

Forest house

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop).
