Only got to stay at this property for a single night, but my goodness would I have stayed here longer! It's a beautiful property with plenty of room for a large group and lots of activities to do in either the winter or summer right there on the property. Jennifer was an excellent host and was always ready for a response when we needed it.

I recently stayed at Shawn’s Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, Shawn was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. This home was perfect for three couples and added plus we could Bring our dogs! Spacious, clean and great views from those amazing living room windows!. The deck was enormous and if we had another night would have loved using the fire pit. This kitchen had everything we needed and more. Easily the most generous kitchen and cooking supplies I've ever seen in a rental. We would definitely Make this first choice when returning to Soldotna. A

The property was easily accessible and in a peaceful, safe and walkable neighborhood. In advance, the host provided recommendations that helped us navigate the area and find what we needed. The house was clean, extremely well designed and comfortable as a home away from home. We were able to cook and enjoy the space. Brennen was responsive to any questions. As previous comments mentioned the upstairs primary has an open layout but we found the barn doors at the base of the stairs to be helpful if needed (we were only 2 so didn’t need it). Overall we highly recommend this beautiful, modern property!

One of my top stays in Soldotna! My family and I frequently visit the Kenai during all seasons of the year and this place is on our must return list. We felt like we were in a secluded retreat yet we were minutes away from the amenities of civilization. Loved the peaceful surroundings and all the room to move about for the family.

This home is perfect if you’re looking for the perfect Alaskan experience. The view of the river is gorgeous. There were two bald eagles that showed themselves often. Gary gave us perfect instructions for fishing and even left us bait and tackle. He was always responsive and genuinely a perfect host.

4 Bears is the most beautiful home I have stayed at to date! I loved that there’s 2 full bathrooms and that you literally only need to pack your clothes and any personal hygiene beyond the typical supplies. Bonus was the coffee station was fully stocked and the kids loved the complimentary snacks.

This is one of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed in. The place was immaculate and looked exactly like the photos. It felt like we were isolated in the woods but were quite close to stores and restaurants. I can’t say enough about how accommodating the host was! Every question and communication was promptly addressed. I appreciated her suggestion for a shop to make Alaska quilts for me. You can’t go wrong staying at this rental. If I ever get a chance to return to the Kenai Peninsula Becky will be the first one I contact!
