The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

The house has a calm, Nordic character and a human scale, which is felt in the context and atmosphere of the rooms. The house is located in Lund, a small, charming village located right by the water with a harbour, jetty and a lively summer community with bathing, petanque court and evening sun. It is about 6 km to Rødvig with beach, cafes, artists' community and hiking trail along Stevns cliff

Welcome to our cozy guesthouse, a haven of peace and quiet in a rural idyll, offering space for guests of all ages. We are renting out this lovely 100-square-metre building, which consists of a large room with a kitchen and a separate bathroom. There is a 160 x 200 cm bed in addition to a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed. The building is an extension of our house, overlooking the fields and our horse stable. Dogs and cats are welcome. There is a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the starry sky.

Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival.
