Originally listed as a horse stable in 1832, this building is now converted into a charming home with its own kitchen and toilet. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. Breakfast is available for purchase.

The house is a summerhouse, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a city with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and cinema. Nearest local restaurant is only 10 min from the house (on foot) . Nearest Supermarket is 5 min from the house by car. The house has a unique raised garden where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced in. There is a trampoline and a large lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

Located directly on the Trampestien and only 300 meters to the water at Holtug Kridtbrud. Beautiful and rural surroundings, which are highly suitable for hikers, cyclists, anglers, ornithologists or you who need peace and quiet and immersion. Cozy oasis close to the sea and forest. The house is called Havkik and has been in my family for 3 generations. We are a family with children and there is entertainment both inside and out, in addition to everything the beautiful that authentic Stevns offers. Summer house right down to the water

Lovely, bright and cozy cottage right down to the water and Rødvig's best beach. The house is located at the end of the road and therefore overlooks the water. The house is retreated on the grounds and has a good front yard and large back yard, so there is always the opportunity to find sun and shelter. The house is within walking distance to Rødvig harbour with several good restaurants, ice rinks, playgrounds and a very cozy and authentic atmosphere.

Located 1 km from a small fishing village Lund, and 6 km from a larger fishing village, Rødvig. From Rødvig is 10 km to Stevns Klint listed as Wold Heritage site. Suitable for bike rides. Only 75 km from the Capital of Denmark, Copenhagen. Two dogs may be included.
