We are steps away from white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. -Two Primary en-suites bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Shopping, coffee bar & restaurants/bars within walking distance. Explore on foot or rent a golf cart/scooter at a near by vendor. This is a ground floor condo with drive up parking. Our ocean view studio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the bay area is inside the Sandestin Resort on the 9th floor with a balcony. It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. * Exterior building upgrades: Begin April/May with impact on balcony usage. Current schedule says work around this unit might be going from May - end of July. More details below. Therefore a huge discount was applied for those months.
