Hello, I stayed here for 4 nights and I would say it was a match to the description. This place was far but not too far from the museums. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the grocery store. It was clean and very simple. I also loved how proactive and communicative they were on my journey to Venice.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. I would strongly recommend this accommodation for those visiting Venice. Thanks Erika for all your help!! Jophy George

Serena's place is perfect. It is very clean, spacious, and very well located with respect to the Venice Mestre station. Great base for a few days in Venice located within walking distance of everything you could need. Apartment was clean and functional but for 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) it was a little compact - second bedroom is a mezzanine and we could not stand up there! It also had a net wall and steep stairs so not suitable for younger children. Our kids loved the novelty of it though and it was perfect for a couple of days. Overall, a great stay in the perfect location!

Absolutely fabulous apartment in the old town of Verona . Could not have been a better location . We had a wonderful four days exploring this beautiful city . The apartment is spacious ; very clean and comfortable and was perfect for 2 couples . We would come back in a heartbeat.
