In the💦 shower, you will find a small pump that you put in the water and voilà, you have a shower 🤭 There are plenty of games, a power bank, and various other small items.🎲

Ku Lasom Barn. Garden/ Sauna/Table Mountains/Sudety Mountains

Welcome to the Stołowe Mountains (Sudety). The barn Ku Lasom is an ideal place for families with children, groups of friends and acquaintances. Fenced parking, safe place for children, open kitchen with dining room, comfortable large table, fireplace area, exit to the garden. In the garden there is a sauna, fire pit, barbecue, hammock, and trampoline. Every place in the barn has a beautiful view of the trees, sky, mountains and forest. It is an oasis of peace. The horizon of south-facing windows is closed by the unique Stołowe Mountains National Park.

Gingerbread house

Come and experience the magic of our wooden cottage. Fully equipped wooden cottage in a beautiful, quiet location 20 minutes from Adršpach-Teplice Rocks. The ideal choice for those looking for a combination of comfort and nature – for relaxation, for remote work or just to relax outside the city. Drinking water is usually closed from about mid-November to April. Barrels will be provided, but please note that it will not be possible to use the shower. The flush toilet will be replaced with a chemical toilet (inside the cottage) for this period.

Szalejówka - built entirely of wood, which creates its unique atmosphere. Here you will experience true silence, get some sleep like never before, relax by the fireplace and play the board games. In summer, it's the greatest pleasure to sit on the patio and look at the forest, the meadow and the smuggling game, the children's playground. You'll sit by the grill or fire pit. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlin from us. We're the perfect getaway. We'll bake homemade bread for you.

Bukowe Zacisze

A unique house from the 1920s with a private sauna, a banya and a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!
