Peaceful, charming and cosy, the cottage is a graceful mix of period charm and modern facilities surrounded by 44 acres of vineyards and natural forest. We do have eco friendly solar power and rain water harvesting. We were blessed with some rainy years (2024-2025) but please always be aware of water usage. Complimentary firewood from 1-5 till 1-9 Bring your own firewood after the 1st of September.

The location is just 5 mins walk to the main street which is great for going out at night, no need to take the car!, but only a short drive to all the wineries .

We are central to the Granite Belt wineries, easy access to Girraween National Park and the historical town of Tenterfield. We are a working farm with a herd of alpacas , miniature donkeys and other farm animals. Enjoy staying in our cottage with picturesque views of the mountains and surrounding farmland . Burn Brae Sunset Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cabin is the converted pickers quarters when the property was a stone fruit orchard in the past. Have recently planted feijoa orchard. A small and cosy space with spacious verandahs to the north and west. Situated on a quiet and private 100 acres. Abundant bird and wildlife. The cabin is self catering. Breakfast is not provided altho’ tea and coffee making facilities and basic condiments are provided.
