The apartment is from the turn of the century, 1912, with high ceilings and spacious rooms. From the kitchen, you open the doors to the lush courtyard and a private balcony. A fully-equipped kitchen, nice bedroom, lovely children's room, 2 toilets, and beautiful living room make this the perfect apartment for those who want to stay both practically and nicely. Entrance 1 staircase or ground floor.

Well-planned and fresh studio apartment with a private entrance. The 24 m² apartment includes a hallway, bathroom, wardrobe, dining area and kitchenette. Just outside the entrance, you'll find a private south-facing patio. An extra full size bed will be provided when booking for 3 guests. The apartment is centrally located, just a 7-minute train ride from Stockholm Central and within walking distance to Arenastaden and Mall of Scandinavia. Easy access by car with street paid parking available.

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. A room with cooking possibilities. fridge, , kettle, microwave and utensils. Bed 120 cm wide. Bedding for two. Walking distance to STRAWBERRY ARENA. Shower and Toilet just inside the front door to the main building about 10 meters. we have sun and between 18 and 25 degrees now for a few weeks to come. Close to shops and subway directly into Stockholm city center. Recreation area, running track 5-minute walk.

Nice apartment in beautiful garden

Detta unika boende ligger mitt i centrala Solna i ett hus byggt 1929 som består av tre lägenheter. Huset är omgivet av en grönskande trädgård med mycket blommor och fina platser att fika, ordna grillmiddag eller ta ett glas kvällsvin. Lägenheten har egen ingång från trädgården och är nyrenoverad och i fint skick. Köket är fullt utrustat för två personer med både diskmaskin och tvättmaskin/torktumlare. WI-FI och TV med Canal-Digital ingår. Gratis P-plats på tomten.

Part of a house with a garden

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.

A luxurious brand new nordic design apartment with fantastic views of Stockholm, right by the water, just a 10-minute walk to Liljeholmen's metro station, and close to trendy Södermalm. Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee in your spacious glass-enclosed balcony with breathtaking views of the city.
