Luxury archipelago house with sea view and hot tub.

The apartment is about 1.5 kilometers long, has about 150 permanent residents and there is a guest harbor, restaurant (summer time) as well as a grocery store, barbecue areas, swimming in lots, sauna and kayaks. The store is Hökeriet at Hyppeln and the restaurant is called Stora Oset. The island is connected to the other parts of Öckerö Municipality through Nordöleden, a free ferry connection to Burö ferry location on Nord Hälsö. Now our guest house with sauna is ready for those of you who want to rent a cozy cottage with 6 beds, wonderful view of the lake and Järvsös ski slopes. Bathing jetty with free access to rowboat May-Sept. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you go to the slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3 (electric car charging is available). The lake is tracked under the correct weather conditions, so if you want to go long, it is possible. The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom and fireplace and is our little paradise!
