The cottage is located about 5 minutes by car from Hemavan and 15 minutes from Tärnaby. Also perfect for snowmobiling with the trail right next door. In summer, fine fishing is offered in the rapids below as well as hiking on Drottningleden close by. There is a large terrace with barbecue area and a self-contained wood-fired sauna with relax. In the cottage there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen (with dishwasher), living room with fireplace and dining area. You will enjoy the closness to nature with fantastic views and good fishing waters. The house is just by the lake Uman, where the rowingboat with an electric engine is waiting to be used. In the lake there is trout, rainbowtrout, chare, bass, grayling and pike. Next to the house there is a nice stream with good trout fishing. You can also go bery picking for blueberrys, lingon cloudberrys or mushrooms. We can house couples, families with children, bigger grops and adventurers and pets.

Welcome to this nice little cottage that was recently fully renovated (2021). We offer best location for ski in/out, scooter in/out, hiking in/out. Newly built special cottage close to Uddjaur. Very good lighting conditions and with beautiful views of the water. Quiet and quiet area with nice outdoor areas. 70 m to the waterfront. Parking space is just outside the main entrance. Mosquito netting for every window. Large fishing water , fishing license is available to buy. Boat socket 150 m from the cabin 13 km from Arjeploeg Municipal Center.
