Here you live close to nature and have easy access to mountain walks and cycling as well as skiing and cross-country skiing. In winter, you can reach the nearest lift to the ski slopes with a short walk, which makes it easy to get out on the slopes directly from the house. For cross-country skiers, the nearest trail is only 200 metres away – perfect for an early morning walk.

The cabin has 3 floors and is equipped with all conceivable comforts, such as a stove, outdoor hot tub and sauna. The area is peaceful with cross-country ski trails nearby. From the cottage you have a wonderful view of the Sälen valley and ski slopes. A 5 min drive or 25 min walk takes you to Lindvallen with Sälen's largest ski area, grocery stores, restaurants, aqualand. There's 600 meters to the ski bus.

The apartment has ski-in/ski-out both to the World Cup slope that goes to Stöten square and to the Alven slope that leads down to the ski square. It has beautiful views of the mountains and is located about 100 meters from Stöten square where restaurants/after ski, shops and ski rental are available. The Mountain Lodge hotel with restaurant, spa & relaxation with outdoor pool is also just below.
