You will live all by yourselves with your loved ones in the spacious house on the large property right on the Peene River. The house is high quality and modern furnishings. The rooms are cozy and unique. At the heart of the property is the large winter garden with a view of the water. Here, you’ll find a quiet and idyllic spot surrounded by nature and right on the water. For variety, there’s a giant trampoline, go-karts, table tennis, a foosball table, a dartboard, and kayaks to explore the area from the water.

Villa Luna offers a total of 6 sleeping options on 100 m² of living space. The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower and a large corner bathtub, toilet and bidet. A guest toilet is on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, convection oven, ceramic stovetop, microwave, kettle, etc. In the basement there is a pantry and a laundry room with a washing machine (free of charge). The entire house is equipped to a high standard and has two satellite TVs. The upper floor offers sea views.

At the end of a cul-de-sac, with a direct view of the Achterwasser lagoon and the Zinnowitz harbour, stands our thatched-roof house MODERNE ZEITEN. The facility should leave nothing to be desired: sauna, infrared cabin, hot tub, fireplace, two bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms, a reading corner on the first floor overlooking the Achterwasser, and comfortable box spring beds. A large garden with a terrace, garden furniture, a beach chair, a parasol, and loungers invites you to while away the time.

The high-quality HAUS DIRKSEN is a place where time comes to a standstill. The Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park begins on the doorstep, with light forests and a rare proximity to unspoiled nature. Behind the house, wide natural meadows open up. Weststrand and Nordstrand are close, with fine sand and dunes or a natural coastal landscape. The beaches around Prerow are among the most impressive landscapes of the Baltic Sea and offer expanse, tranquility and sea for every stay.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Thatched cottage country doctor - secluded location 3,000 m² property

Our beautiful thatched house (built in 1995) is located far from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It is surrounded by meadows and horse paddocks. From the two terraces, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the 3000 m², partially natural property (ginster) and the landscape. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs towards Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

It is an approximately 115 m² vacation home with a large sun terrace for up to six adults + 1 child. At any time of the year, it offers everything you need to relax and unwind. Two double bedrooms and a large family bedroom are available. The downstairs bathroom has a spacious sauna. The fireplace provides romantic coziness.
