Very well equipped kitchen, one double bed, one sofa bed and one single bed, bathroom with shower, balcony to enjoy sunsets and the sea. The flat is located in Hotel Olympia, there are two elevators and the possibility to use the washing machine and a dryer in the building. Parking available. High chair and toys upon request. Kiel with spectacular view on the Baltic Sea

Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse in Holtenau. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.

It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Summer, sun, cactus! In our small apartment "Familien Bude" in Kiel-Schilksee you immediately have a vacation feeling! Because: On the large balcony facing SW, you have sun all day! Right at the marina, you can walk along the promenade towards the beach. (Only about 100 m from the apartment!) Restaurants, playgrounds, beach, ice cream parlor, fish rolls, cafes & a grocery store are in the immediate vicinity! It is designed for families with 1-2 (small) children!

Attention, from 08/18/25, due to construction work on the roof of the building and the associated scaffolding of the building, there may be restrictions in the view! Waking up with a view of the Baltic Sea? No problem! Relax on the 9th floor of the Olympiahotel in Kiel-Schilksee. After just a five-minute walk, you will find yourself directly on the beach to marvel at the numerous sailing ships on the fjord. Looking forward to seeing you in Schilksee!

After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. Sweet little Apartment by the Baltic Sea

Take a deep breath directly at the Baltic Sea: We rent out our lovely little vacation home with access to the beach promenade in Kiel-Schilksee. The apartment with a garden view has two rooms, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. Enjoy endless walks on the beach, use the ferry to Laboe or Kiel, stroll through the sailing port, or eat a fish sandwich. Please note, that it`s a non smokers property, but you can easily smoke at the beach promenade.

Auch Restaurants, Cafés und einen Supermarkt befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe auf dem Gelände des Olympiazentrums.

Modernized open and airy apartment with stunning views over Kiel Bay, located right by the Kiel Schilksee Marina. The "bedroom" is a half-height lounging area (no standing height), which can be reached via a small wooden ladder/staircase. Also from the bed you have a great view of the water. There is also a TV corner. 1 car parking space in a parking lot secured with a barrier is at your disposal.

We rent our beautifully renovated basement apartment in Holtenau directly on the canal. Through a private entrance you enter the 35 sqm apartment with new kitchen, new bathroom and modern designed living area. From here it is just a few minutes' walk to the fjord and by public transport (ferry or bus) you are within a very short time in the city center.

The apartment is centrally located in the village. Only a few steps to the sea and beach. The approx. 50 m² apartment offers a double bed, a crib and, if necessary, an additional sleeping option on the sofa.
