Great listing, great host. Street below is pretty loud at night even with the windows closed.

We stayed for one month. It was a pleasant stay. No issues. Everything was as advertised -- no surprises. Would stay again.

Clean & comfortable apartment. Pleasant & helpful doorman. The host was very kind & responsive. We'll try to book this apartment again on our next trip.

This is our second stay at this location. The place is clean and comfortable, and in a great East Rock location. Look forward to another stay.

Ronnie was great as a host. Very responsive and good to work with. I stayed there for a month when I first relocated to CT for a job and it worked well. It is a studio apartment, so not a lot of extra space, but certainly met my expectations and needs. It was clean and modern and exactly as depicted in the photos and description. Easy drive to stores for groceries and other basic needs as well as several local restaurants. Not inexpensive when staying there for a month, but in line with other furnished short term rentals in the area and compared to other options I saw, I'm happy to have selected this.

Tarik's apartment was as advertised. It's a small, but well-appointed 2BR in a newly renovated building located on the edge of downtown and close to the Wooster Square area. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds comfortable, and there were nice touches throughout. Free parking was half a block away. The building itself was quite, but there is some urban noise at night from cars on State Street and the rail line nearby--though not a big deal to us. Easy walk to Yale, Sally's, Pepe's and anything downtown.

Great space to stay in. Located in close distance to everything. I would stay there again.

Marcela was a fabulous host! She is very thoughtful and we had everything we needed. She also responds very quickly. The place was very clean and efficiently organized. It is a true gem. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Marcela!!!!

Amazing hosts, very responsive to messages, great place to stay! Decent gym. Supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance.

This is a great studio. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s past 4 years of coming to New Haven for daughters college years but never in such a good location This is walkable to everything Yale and downtown Soooo many good restaurants plus the museums etc Very Comfy bed lots of towels Shower water takes a minute to get hot but there’s lots of it when it dies plus there’s dispensers of shampoo conditioner and body wash. even iron and board plus umbrellas! Everything u could need has been thought of! Will definitely book again. Hosts very responsive. Some reviews mentioned the elevator …worked fine for us! FYI very clean well managed laundromat next door Thank you

I thoroughly enjoyed the condo! It was well within walking distance to downtown, and the building staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

Really great place to get away from the city. Close to nature + fun things to do if thats your thing, and also well-equipped enough to just stay at home :)

This is a beautiful place to stay! Very clean and pleasantly decorated! Our family felt completely at home. We had everything we needed for our three-day stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of amenities and even a great selection of games that our family enjoyed playing. We were close to a couple of beautiful beaches and a wonderful cozy local coffee shop. Miguel and Kaitlyn are great hosts! Very responsive, helpful and friendly! We would highly recommend their place and would definitely stay again!

Rudy’s place was just as described and Rudy checked in on us to make sure everything was as we needed (temperature of the house). He was very kind. The house was extremely clean and well-maintained. Perfect for our overnight stay.

Loved this house. Group fo 11 family members and we had so much space. Children and young adults entertained with all the extra activities like the pool table, table tennis etc. Great home, stayed 8 nights and loved it!

In my opinion, the house was actually better in person than pictured in the listing. We were happily surprised with the cleanliness and comfort. The garage was a nice added value!

This place was amazing from the moment I walked in being welcomed with a stocked kitchen of breakfast essentials. The rooms were cozy and clean. I was so intrigued with the house being built in 1802 and history on the walls with all the renovations. My host was very responsive and helpful from start to finish. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.
