Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. In the wellness area on the roof terrace you will find a hot tub, a barrel sauna and an outdoor shower.

No Pets! It's a non-smoking apartment. We ask that guests only smoke outdoors.

Reworked with organic, allergy-friendly clay plaster, you can feel the atmosphere of the traditional Eifel way of life of the past in this 80-square-metre house. The still visible fireplace opening for smoking, a deep well and some quarry stone corners give insight into past times.
