Living room with 2 sofa beds, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and large fenced garden ideal for dogs that can move freely.

At the GENSLEITEN riding school, you can enjoy a holiday in the middle of the countryside. The farm is also perfect for group celebrations, such as birthdays, corporate events, bachelor parties, or the like. There are plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area, such as thermal baths, a golf club, etc. Groups of more than 16 people are welcome. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Our house is very quiet on the edge of the forest . The house has a large garden with garden pond. We offer a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a balcony overlooking the garden, a living room with two single beds, both rooms are equipped with TVs, a bathroom and a large loggia. Cozy seating and a hammock invite you to relax. Parking right in front of the door, bike path, and the Unterer Inn recreation area nearby. Overnight price refers to two people.

The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.
