The apartment is designed with the 140cm bed for two people and in the modern kitchen, in addition to a hob, there is also a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a microwave. The apartment is centrally located in Bad Griesbach only a short distance (about 5 minutes) from the Kurplatz and Kurpark (Kneipptrettbecken, ...).

Built in 1920, the discharge house was totally renovated in 2016/17. It belongs to a decommissioned farm located 5 km from Simbach am Inn. On the ground floor there is a bread oven in a beautiful vaulted room.( The room is not yet fully furnished and is therefore not yet rented) In addition, a 15 kW piece wood heating is housed on the ground floor.
