Our place (with separate entrance) is close to forest area, yet citynah (10 min to the main train station). The university can be reached by bus in 9 minutes! We love our place because of the location, the tranquility, the views and the atmosphere in the newly renovated Künstlerhaus. Our place is good for solo travelers, business travelers, and couples, unfortunately not for kids.
