Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Enjoy your stay in a beautiful duplex apartment in the semi-mountainous area of Stuttgart. It is fully furnished and optimally equipped with cooking facilities as well as the necessary utensils. Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay. The south-facing balcony with beach chair invites you to sunbathe with views over the city. Double beds (180 x 200, 160 x 200). The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore unsuitable for children under 6 years of age.

The half altitude gives you a very nice view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family with four people.

We love our place because of the location, the tranquility, the views and the atmosphere in the newly renovated Künstlerhaus. Our place is good for solo travelers, business travelers, and couples, unfortunately not for kids.
