Guesthouse vacation rentals in Subic

This was my second time staying at this lovely Airbnb, and once again, it exceeded expectations. The space is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described and truly a relaxing place to come back to. What really stood out was the host’s exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly responsive, even late at night, and went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue during our stay quickly and kindly. It made a big difference and reminded me why I chose to return. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back again!

I celebrated my birthday with friends at Rovy’s place, where we stayed for 4D3N. It truly felt like home! Upon our arrival, we received clear instructions regarding the facilities. The house had a pleasant smell, and the bathrooms, towels, and bedsheets were all clean. With 3 bathrooms available, it was perfect for our group of 10. We had a great time using the videoke and watching movies on the projector TV altogether in the bedroom area at night. The area is not crowded compared to the other side of Liwliwa. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach, the beach is a bit crowded during our stay. There are mosquitoes at night but it is manageable and normal within the area. Overall, highly recommended! We booked here for the Aurora Festival! This place with a cozy, homey vibe that instantly made us feel comfortable! Having drinking water readily available was definitely a plus for us!! Ms. Empress was very responsive and gave clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The location is also conveniently within walking distance of nearby fast food spots and just two rides away from the fest! 🤩

Had an awesome stay with my husband and baby. Chill vibes. Caretaker was very accommodating, we arrived half an hour early but she let us in anyway because it was too hot for our baby. The place looked amazing with great interior. The only issue was the faucet water had a rusty smell but I guess it was caused by province water in the Philippines. Wifi connection was also good and better than our mobile data. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much. It was a plus that every angle in the stay was picture perfect!

The place looks exactly as it is described and in the photos. It is easy to find because it has its own tag in Google Maps and Waze. It is also easy to communicate with the host as she is very responsive

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was smooth and thoughtfully handled. It was clear that you truly care about your guests' experience. And I have to say, your staff made all the difference. Everyone we interacted with was so warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They created such a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Looking forward to coming back someday!

The guesthouse is easy to find despite being secluded. We also had no problems walking to establishments as it is close to the municipal plaza. We didn’t meet the host in person because we’re able to self check-in, nonetheless, she has been very responsive and helpful. The pool is good highlight of the place, which I so much enjoyed, however, It would have been better if it was heated. Great stay, nevertheless.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication was smooth and easy throughout. The place itself was great, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everyone we encountered was friendly, especially the owner, who was incredibly welcoming. Overall, a really good experience. Would happily recommend!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The villa itself was stunning beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately clean. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. We loved having our own private space to relax, especially by the pool which was a dream. Kuya Rogen was incredibly welcoming and attentive, he was so kind enough to let some of our visitors go in and stay just before midnight. It truly felt like a private paradise. I can’t recommend this villa enough it was an unforgettable experience for the whole family and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much Kuya Rogen.
