Staying at this Airbnb was an absolute delight. Ms. Juli was an exceptional host, always responsive and flexible, making our stay seamless. The house was well-kept, offering high-quality linens and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. Special thanks to Ms. Daisy, the house caretaker, who provided superb assistance, including marketing and cooking services. The fresh ingredients and delicious meals, especially the inihaw na Tilapia, were a highlight. We enjoyed Netflix at the cozy outdoor viewing area and the kids loved the pool, which was perfectly located for easy supervision. The layout of the house was ideal for family gatherings. Overall, I highly recommend this beautiful staycation home not only for its place but also because of Ms. Juli's gracious hospitality. It was truly a hassle-free, enjoyable family celebration. Sincere thanks to Ms. Juli and Ms. Daisy for helping us create beautiful memories. We look forward to our next stay!

The unit is tidy and smells great! You can surely experience it upon entering the unit. The owner is very responsive as well and accommodates our needs immediately. This place is very suited for family bonding. I love the indoor pool because you can swim anytime and you will not be soaked under the sun’s heat. Toiletries are even free which is highly appreciated! The kitchen is fully functional with cookwares and utensils. Bathrooms are immaculately clean. Rooms are spacious too. The unit is also easy to find especially if you want to order food online. We had a great time here! We will definitely book again. Thank you so much for accommodating us! 😍👍

Kudos to kuya the caretaker! Thank you for taking good care of group. Expect to walk to the beach! Roughly it took us 10-13 mins walk. We're rushing to check-out because the low water pressure in the airbnb took us a long time to shower. Even if there are like 3 showers you can only use it one at a time which kinda disappointed. Also, it would be nice to have towels for guests knowing you booked a 15k plus a night! Make sure to bring your own towel! Overall, it was a short and great stay!

We had an amazing time! Casa De Mercado is an absolute treasure. The care taker greeted us with a smile, no big or small errands and they will surely get it sorted (not that we have one). Communication with booking and check out was no hassle. The place was heaven. The modern “kubo”was very spacious and the bed in the rooms are relaxing, beds are very comfortable too. The pool.. day or night was the highlight of the vacay, everyone super enjoyed it. We will definitely stay again in this “rare find” when we need to stay in pampanga!! Sir Matthew’s home is nothing short of a dream getaway. The rooms are bright and roomy, with all the comforts you need: soft sheets, plenty of towels, and a kitchen stocked with everything from pots and pans to coffee and tea. The space is incredibly spacious and ideal for kids. What really made our stay unforgettable was Sir Matthew himself. When an unexpected emergency meant we had to cut our trip short, he didn’t blink before giving us a full refund. A few hours later, we found a surprise dessert platter in the kitchen and freebies to take with us no questions asked. It wasn’t about the money or the freebies, it was his genuine kindness that stood out. We left feeling so grateful and already planning our return. If you want a place where the host treats you like family, you’ll love staying here. 😊😊😊

We had an amazing stay at this 5-bedroom villa! The entire place was incredibly clean and cozy, and one of the first things we noticed was how great it smelled throughout—so fresh and inviting. Every room felt thoughtfully prepared, and the furniture , appliances were top-notch, giving a luxurious yet comfortable vibe. The host was very accommodating from start to finish, making sure we had everything we needed. The staff were also super attentive and kind, always ready to help without being intrusive. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-managed getaway!

Amazing place and definitely great for family outing! The beach is just a minute walk nearby and if you just want to relax, the place itself is already beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Additional for the caretakers, they are very accomodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again soon!

Place is a bit pricey but it is priced accordingly. The place is huge and sparkling clean! Ideal for big group. Things to improve on; Additional pillow ( as three heads are sharing with the two pillows) Extra foam (for the member of the family who would like to stay in the same room) - all rooms have 1 queen size bed except for one with 2 queens Their induction cooker is not working but they are very much prepared for it as they offered two butane gas operated stoves. Maybe, they can put plants or even plant paintings at the pool area to improve the outdoor feel and make swimming more inviting. But overall, I would recommend the place for a large group. The hosts are so efficient and they are easy to communicate with. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Pros: - Accessible - Relaxing, (Sorry guys! We didn’t see any videoke in this area) - Beachfront (almost! because we stayed at the duplex area) - We were allowed to cook and drink (corkage free) just be sure to CLAYGO. Also we advice to bring with you your own kitchenware (though you can borrow kitchenware at the front desk or any crew roaming around) - The swimming pool area is nice - THE SUNSET! You need to have a money shot on it! - Free wifi access Cons: - No signal on our rooms - The foul odor caused by the trashes (i think the open space is their garbage segragation area) - Limited Parking Space - Limited toiletries - Common kitchen for food preps (luckily, we brought our butane stove for samgyupsal set and we used it for cooking) - Value for money in this place is so-so due to the limited ammenities. Overall, our experience is great and hopefully we can stay in their other rooms for better ambiance!

Ms Joji has been super nice and responsive to my queries. Staff at the beach were nothing but lovely. Noah, Jo and Iyang and all the others were super nice and would really ensure your needs are met (actually they went above and beyond our requests). 🙂 I love this place and hope we can go back soon!

This is actually our 2nd time accommodating the place. I always love the ambiance, privacy, and peaceful neighborhood. The place is worth the price, the host is so responsive and polite, even walked me through on how to book the place. We will definitely stay in this house again and if you are looking for a place that is worth your money, and where your family can have a quality staycation experience, this is the best place I can recommend.

Place: The place is really nice and definitely homey. I just hope that the pool has heater too (so we can enjoy night dip without getting shivers 🤭) It is a well maintained property. Host: 1000000/10 service! She's very responsive and really knows how to maintain a good host-client relationship. +100 points that she's aware and knowledgable of the popular spots around the area. Price: you get what you paid for!! It really exceeded our expectations and without a doubt,It clearly became our fave bnb stay from our previous Highschool friends trip.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The 4 spacious bedrooms made it perfect for our large group, especially with kids. The villa itself is well maintained, clean and big with ample space for everyone. The villa has a shared pool outside, which added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Additionally, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a comfortable and welcoming retreat!
