Nice big apartment. 15 minutes walking distance to the city center.

The host was super nice and helpful. The apartment is just top and high luxury! The furnishings are top and high quality and with many lovely little things that just make you feel comfortable. It is super centrally located and even has an elevator to the attic. The two bedrooms were great, everything very clean and maintained with great terrace in the cute courtyard. Kimaanlage would be available if it was hot and there is really everything you/woman needs already available. I would stay there right away and I would recommend this place to everyone. This place was "at home" for me. It was from the beginning - I can't describe a feeling of well-being. 🙏💖 I have rarely experienced the hospitality, the helpfulness and I travel a lot. Often I enjoyed the sun "through the windows", outside it was cold and downstairs in Graz was fog, which was really a gift. The terrace is certainly a dream in summer and I can't believe the 6 weeks went by so quickly. I felt 100% comfortable. There could be a small improvement. This is the pressure in the shower. I have grid flakes and it was a challenge to wash the hair. With normal hair certainly no problem, but with grid flakes - lengthy. :-) For those looking for peace, who want to enjoy nature, this is the perfect place. You can walk into town about 30-45 minutes depending on how fast/slow you walk. Back up the mountain, so a bit of "stamina" right away. THANKS for everything🙏🍀💞

Perfect place for a stay in Graz, the parking spot saves time and money! Located at the southern border of the center, it is near the highway entrance and the tram stop to the center is steps from the building. The house is as beautiful as in the pictures, quite and well furnished. Marco was super nice, and always willing to help us have a great stay. Definitely recommended!

Assalam Alaykum As if I had left my heart in El Tendorf and returned to Saudi Arabia ! : Incidentally, I found this place in Airbp.. and the first time I (lived) through the program And the first time I went to the lower Austria (south of Vienna) .. I chose it because it is hotter than the north (I fear for my children of changing the atmosphere) and this coincidence was better than a thousand times. : I have visited more than 11 countries , and the third time I have visited Austria , but it is the first time that everything has been completed in my bookings ! * Quiet as if you were the only one! * Even the workers there barely see them but everything is clean and tidy ! * Your trees and the garden are surrounded by a river at the back of 150 meters. * Kitchen appliances, room design and the arrangement of the place all met in one place despite this difficulty! : Sister Michelle was communicating with me and reacting quickly All my questions answered comfortably You advise me of places and point to the events of Ali She was good to deal with even the mistakes of my children that Michelle alluded : I hope the place stays as beautiful as you saw it And that the staff there should always be good Thanks to them the size of Heaven and Earth (God be witness) that my heart is still attached to the place ✅ Khalid

The perfect retreat for a trip to the south of Europe

We had great time. Everything was perfect and well arranged. Definitely recommend and we will repeat the visit again.

We spent 6 wonderfully relaxed and beautiful days here and enjoyed the house with garden to the fullest! The private sauna is a real highlight, as is the cozy window sill from which we liked to watch the sunsets. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing retreat with great surroundings, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

A really nice and nice cottage with a lot of love for detail. You immediately feel at home and would like to extend the stay. It was very clean and the amenities were more than sufficient. We took our own coffee maker with us, so everything was complete. The view and surroundings are very nice, rural and quiet. We'll be back 🥰

We spent an unforgettable time with our family in this wonderful house! The house is great and very cozy – you immediately feel comfortable and don't want to leave at all. Next to the house live two ponies and many chickens – especially for the children this was a real highlight and gave the stay a fairytale atmosphere. A real pleasure for the whole family! We can definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Christine is amazing, the place looks better than in the photo's. house was clean and super special. if you want to calm and enjoy nature, this is an amazing place, the house is very big and Christine explained everything and beyond, we had EVERYTHING we needed and much more. make sure to get there in daylight, it was difficult for us to find it. we 100% recommend to go there thank you so much for having us!

We had a wonderful time here! The house was very clean, comfortably furnished and fully equipped – we didn't miss anything. We were particularly enthusiastic about the beautiful garden, which was ideal for relaxing and also offered my dog plenty of space to play. The location was quiet and perfect for walks and excursions in the area. We will definitely be happy to come back. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Great communication, and great apartment

The owner was very accommodating, the place was easy to find, close to the main road and fully furnished with a refrigerator, washing machine and a stove, so longer stays would be easy. There was a caffe and a small restaurant on the corner 3 minutes away.

Very nice apartment, in a great area with many options (supermarket, restaurants) nearby. Super clean, well organized and exactly as described! Michael is a great host and very easy to communicate with, and very quick to reply to any concerns.

Bernhard was very kind amd met us at the apartment. This apartment has a lot of space. Location is amazing, very central to everything but also quiet and peaceful. Very close to the river, markets, restaurants. Nice big bed, big kitchen with all the utensils, nice workspace, TV and wifi. It can easily accommodate 4 people.
