My place is close to the sea and mountains. You'll love my place because of the views and surroundings. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Strong nature, where the opportunity to see seals, eagles and other birds is reasonably large. From Akrar, it is quick by car to get around Suderø, which is one of the most beautiful islands of the Faroe Islands. From Akrar up to, for example, Eggjarnar, it is about 20 minutes by car, and here is one of the most beautiful views you can experience.

Luxury cottage from 2022 in beautiful surroundings with stunning views, located in a secluded place with incredibly rich wildlife. You can meet hares just outside the house, and birds build nests around the grasslands. There are 12 beds in the house, plus 2 travel beds for small children, but plenty of room for extra mattresses on the floor. From July 2023, it is possible to rent access to the Jacuzzi for 6 people for an additional fee. DKK 1,000 for 1 day, the following days it costs DKK 500 per day.

Charming house with sea view

Here you can safely sit back and relax in our unique and quiet summerhouse. The house was built in 1920, but has just been newly renovated. Enjoy the great ocean views from almost every window. The location is central. The local grocery store is 250 meters from the house, and 30 meters from the house is the quay where it is possible to fish. There are 4 rooms, 2 larger and 2 smaller. In addition, there are 7 sleeping places. Only 10 min drive to football hall, swimming pool, cafes and restaurants.

Bay Cottage

A quiet place by a quiet bay at the countryside. There is no public transport. The road to our place is a narrow road up the hill towards the mountain Beinisvør. By the town Lopra (before the tunnel to Sumba) you turn right. "Um Hestin". Before the top of the hill, turn left: Víkabyrgi. Our house is the last one on your left side. Relax by the seaside in Akrar, Suduroy.

Our house is located in the small and peaceful village Akrar on the southern most island Suduroy of the Faroe Islands. Looking out the windows or even just having the windows open, you feel as if you are one with nature, as the house is located by the see. You can hear the ocean as the waves strike right outside the window. This 100 year old house, has been renovated through the years, but you still get the feel of going through the decades, the new has carefully been blended in with the old.

Close to hiking trails. (Here "visit Suðuroy" can be helpful)

Relax in this older and quiet home that my grandfather built in 1928 and that has been home to my family. The house is located in an old town by Trangisvåg fjord - half an hour walk from Tvøroyri. The nature experiences are right outside the door. Mountain walks, fishing, sea bathing, birds, flowers, seaweed, photo, painting, tranquility but also friendly people. Retreat or activity, suitable for both. Single. Families, anyway. Nice.

The house is newly renovated and consists of two stories and a basement. There are approximately 7 kilometers to the nearest town, called Vágur.
