Vacation rentals with a firepit in Suffolk County

We had a great long weekend at Ronald's place. It was exactly as described and worked perfectly to get into town during the day and have a more peaceful night at the home. Great stay and highly recommend.

Serge was helpful with marathon weekend details and was very responsive. House is as described, quite spacious and easily sleeps 8 adults. The game room includes billiards, darts, a massage chair, and 3 comfortable theater chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare large family meals. It’s a 30 minute walk to the Newton Center green line train stop, which is recommended for transportation to and from downtown Boston. The price was a little high, but everything in the area was increased for marathon weekend. Would recommend.

Great layout for family get-together

My family and I needed to find a place to house us all to attend a family wedding and Andrea‘s house was just the spot! Conveniently located to the venue as well as close to town, we found a little oasis tucked away in Cohasset. We will definitely be back the next time we visit the area. The property is beautiful, unique, private, and very large. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Karen’s home truly is cozy. We were here two weeks before Christmas and it was decorated and beautiful. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, nice big fluffy towels and I loved the shower! We have stayed in several,places in the Boston area and this is one of the best. Even my dogs loved it!

Sue was so communicative and the house was beautiful! Great time and highly recommend!

Hanky was very responsive to all inquiries. The only thing we noted was that the dishwasher didn’t seem to be working, but Hanky was OK with us just leaving all dirty dishes in the sink. Loved the location - lots of great shopping and restaurants. Would rent again!

I had a wonderful stay at Jordan and Larissa’s place! Easy walk to the T at Harvard. The place is immaculate—everything you could possibly need is there. Will definitely book again!

Kim was a great host. Her communication was A+. My son and daughter in law were the first to arrive at Kim’s house. They called me and asked if they were in the right place because the fridge was full of food. Fruit, sandwiches, flatbread, muffins, cake, etc…This was unexpected and greatly appreciated since everyone arrived hungry from their travels. Location was great. Close enough to Boston but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We found plenty to do in Quincy and the surrounding suburbs. Our morning routine of walking the boardwalk to DD was a great start to our day. Thank you Kim for a wonderful stay!

Janet was an exceptional host from the very moment I booked her beautiful property. I booked Janets property for guests who loved every single thing about staying in The Treetop Apartment. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet yet close to erythung. The property was spotless. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The garden is a little oasis in the middle of Cambridge. It has a dreamy hammock and it even has wifi. Everything was flawless but the highlight was Janet. She is warm, welcoming, very interesting and she was genuinely interested in us. I would love to rent the Treetop apartment again and again.

I had a great stay at 79 Pleasant Pl 1 in Winthrop, MA. The apartment was perfect — very clean, easy to access, and in a great location. Communication with the host was excellent throughout my stay. All of her restaurant recommendations in the welcome book were spot on and within walking distance, which made the trip even better. I would definitely stay here again.

Regina was very responsive and patient with my many questions and comments re: parking, check in, air freshener/odor from the previous tenants, and more. My son and I stayed 4 nights and played at the park across the street almost every day. The (LEED certified) building was clean and quiet. Entry instructions were easy to follow. Saturday night street noise in late April was minimal. Nighttime street light was fine. The shower water pressure was "eco-friendly," but plenty hot. We found free parking 1 block away for all 4 nights. The neighborhood felt safe. We walked to the Kendall Sq. T station, Science Museum, riverwalk and several restaurants. Note: If you need a Charlie ticket/card, only one of the Kendall Sq. station entrances has ticket vending—don't give up! There is an amazing ice cream place a couple blocks away, (Toscanini's). We sampled nearby bakeries (Tatte, Boulangerie, Bakey), and highly recommend Bakey for any of the babkas or "broissants." We'd love to return.

Great spot in Cambridge. Easy to get around by foot or car. Quiet and comfortable.

My boyfriend and I were beyond ecstatic about this tiny cabin. Very clean and just as described. The comforts of home, outdoors. It was cold during our stay (there is no heat or AC) but extra blankets and plenty of firewood was provided! We saw otters, bald eagles, deer, blue jays and beautiful sunsets. We brought our electric scooters and scooted to the town of Ayer which was absolutely adorable! Highly recommend “Tiny’s” for breakfast, “Nashoba club pizza and taproom” and “Gibbet Hill Grill” check out Bancroft Castle while at Gibbet Hill Grill. We were very happy with our stay. Snacks and drinks were also provided at the cabin. Thank you for sharing your property with us! We’ll be back!

Absolutely wonderful! Great hosts, great location, great stay! Everything you need, very convenient location, cute little cottage it was great !! Highly recommend staying here
