The fully equipped "Kontor" apartment - on the upper floor with 74 m² for 4 people is located at an altitude of 440 m on the southern slope of the Thuringian Forest in the winter sports and vacation region of Oberhof. Surrounded by wonderful hiking opportunities, it is also the starting point for numerous tourist highlights in the green heart of Germany.

Relax in the stylish and quiet house on the edge of the forest in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, not far from the Rennsteig (2 km away). House is modern and fully furnished with living room including fireplace, sofa, table, TV. The kitchen-living room with induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine is located on the first floor. It is also worth having breakfast/grilling on the terrace with magnificent views in good weather. Bedroom (1.60 m bed), sofa as well as workstation (fast Wi-Fi) and view.

Our guesthouse, which was once a historic laundry, has been transformed into cosy accommodation with great attention to detail. With a successful combination of rustic flair and modern comfort, we offer you the perfect retreat here for relaxing days and nights. The Thuringian Forest is known for its unspoilt nature, its numerous hiking and cycling trails and its rich cultural history. The house is located in the idyllic climatic health resort of Friedrichroda in the Thuringian Forest!

Vacation home “Gina” on the edge of the forest

The idyllically located vacation home with a size of about 50 m² has a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with space for 4 people and a dining area. The cottage is located in the climatic health resort of Finsterbergen directly on the edge of the forest in a small bungalow settlement. Because of its location it provides an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200 m away.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

Guest house on the Schleusehof... enjoy nature!

Our guest house (about 89 m) is located on our mini-farm, which we run as a hobby. The Schleusehof is idyllically located on a small river, where you can cool your feet on hot days. The house sleeps 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). On request, we also have a baby cot for the little ones. The farm offers space to romp and relax. Beautiful Suhl in the green heart of Germany on the southwestern slope of the Thuringian Forest. Your relaxing accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the center. Opposite is a bus stop connecting you to all public transport. The LIDL supermarket is also less than a 5-minute walk away. The new orthopedic 7-zone cold foam mattresses ensure optimal sleep.

Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.
