The apartment is fully equipped, has a porch and a lovely view. Nice walking areas in the immediate vicinity. Free parking, and electric car charger can be borrowed by agreement. It is possible to rent a boathouse area, with fishing equipment, 2 sup boards and fire pit..This is agreed with the host if needed no later than the day before. Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, gym, hairdresser and restaurants

The accommodation consists of basement with utensils, fishing equipment, etc. Exterior and private entrance to bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin and washing machine. Main floor: living room, kitchen. Loft: three bedrooms with 2+2+1 beds.

Enjoy the view and meals on the unobstructed terrace. You can swim and fish right from the quay or rent a motorboat. The place is just outside the fantastic Ålesund! Short distance to Langevåg where you will find outlet stores, cafes and handicrafts. With a speedboat from here you are in Ålesund city centre in 10 min. It is only 500 meters to the closes grocery store.

In summer time you have the sun from morning to late evening and you have direct access to the sea. possibility to rent a KAYAK AND PADDLE board board.

Within walking distance you have Atlanterhavsparken, Tueneset with beach, trails, gaps and fire pit as well as bunkers from World War II. You can walk up to Sugarloaf from here. Lovely view of town and mountains The wagon is equipped with a double bed, a single bed if needed (more than two?), large sofa, single kitchen, toilet, wardrobe and TV. Welcome.

Det er tre soverom i leiligheten og alle er utstyrt med dobbelsenger. Leiligheten ligger i gåavstand til Sukkertoppen og et steinkast fra sjøen. Leiligheten har god standard på innredning og utstyr. Det er meget gode WIFI-fasiliteter i leiligheten, samt to TV-er der begge er utstyrt med Apple-TV

The apartment is perfect as a base for various excursions. Welcome! Some minor maintenance work, such as painting, takes place on the site. (Not when guests are present)
