Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sulmona

This apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. Little amenities add a gracious touch. Balcony off the upstairs bathroom has 360° views that are unparallel. This walled city is beautiful.

Ottima esperienza insieme ad un gruppo di amici per una notte per poi spostarci sulle piste di Roccaraso per una giornata sulla neve. Alloggio ideale anche per chi come noi aveva dei bimbi al seguito. Ottima la comunicazione con Marinella, sempre reattiva per ogni emergenza.

La casa di Mattia ed Ezio e' molto bella, curata nei minimi dettagli ed immersa in un ambiente meraviglioso e rilassante. La casa e il giardino hanno tutti i comfort che puoi desiderare, anche quello che non ti aspetti! Mattia e Ezio son stati piu' che gentili e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e coccolati. Esperienza super consigliata e da replicare!

Francesca hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Uns hat besonders gut gefallen, dass im Kühlschrank und in den Schränken viele Lebensmittel waren, die man eben so braucht. Auch die Einrichtung war so, dass man denkt: da hat jemand richtig gut nachgedacht, was der Gast so braucht! Einfach toll. Und dann bekommen wir noch Feigen, Pfirsiche und Tomaten frisch geerntet. Das Häuschen ist klein, aber gut geeignet für mehrere Tage Aufenthalt für 2 Personen. Die Möglichkeiten, die Gegend zu erkunden, sind vielfältig und wer gerne wandert: hier bist du richtig! In dem kleinen Ort Pacentro oberhalb gibt es richtig gute Restaurants, auch in Sulmona selbstverständlich. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung.

Ottimo posto pulitissimo! Vicino al centro molto pratico! Ben attrezzato c'è tutto quello che serve. La doccia troppo piccola però. Roccavivi è sempre così bella e si mangia molto bene una favola! Ci torneremo senz'altro!

We stayed for the night at Sandra’s to rest during the night. Sandra is super responsive and we enjoyed our stay at her place. It is located in a beautiful region of Italy and is the perfect spot for those looking for a quiet place nestled in the mountains.

siamo stati benissimo! Stefano é gentile e sa dare le idee giuste per la zona! Si sta benissimo e ci si sente anche benissimo! passeggiate sul mare o in montagna, tutto raggiungibile e poi ci si può rilassare alla grande a Casa! Bellissimo posto, bella gente e tanto da gustare e vedere!

sergio è stato un host fantastico! ci ha accolto con un sorriso nella casa offrendoci il raccolto squisito del suo orto. In casa erano presenti acqua,caffè, brioches e latte oltre a numerose spezie e olio. La casa era molto pulita e molto spaziosa. Dopo tre giorni è stato fatto anche il cambio degli asciugamani. sergio ci ha dato informazioni riguardo alla zona e ai ristoranti presenti nei dintorni. assolutamente consigliato!

Definitely one of the best experiences with an AirBnB host I've had. They were extremely friendly and gave amazing local recommendations that I would have never knows about, such as the Easter celebration in Sulmona and amazing restaurants. The apartment was spotless and you could tell it is always kept that way. Not even any mold in the shower, which is common in many rental units. You could smell the apartment was freshly clean. the views are amazing as well.

Alloggio pulito e ordinato. Praticamente di fronte al mare e a due passi dal centro, ma contestualmente in zona tranquilla. Splendida terrazza riservata per pranzi e cenette all'aperto. Consigliato.

Abruzzo is beautiful, stunning location. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed and more. Starting to plan our next trip and would definitely stay here again.

It was a pleasure working with them. I would definitely stay again. The area is a working class area. But close to downtown. Grocery store right across the street. You can park in that lot for free. The views from the large rooftop deck were beautiful. Especially if the snow capped mountains to the west and north. The fireplace is decorative only.

Wonderful stay at Serena's apartment. It was immaculate and so central to the historic centre of Sulmona. Could walk everywhere. Felt right at home. would highly recommend. Chiara’s place is clean and cozy. The host are friendly and very welcoming. We especially like the terrace, great place to relax and soak up the sun. It is on the busier streets, so there are streets noise and trains sounds, but the location is convenient.

Antonella was from the beginning of the booking very responsive and easy to communicate. The place was immaculate and Dario her husband was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Antonella s place to anyone wanting to spend a few days in that beautiful part of Abruzzo

Posto incantevole, host super attento che trasmette la passione nel lavoro che svolge. Camera molto bella, calda ed accogliente. Complimenti a Paola che è riuscita rendere la struttura e le camere funzionali preservando le caratteristiche antiche dell’edificio. Colazione veramente buona, i dolci fatti in casa sono deliziosi. Charme in Perillis super consigliata !

Giulia and her husband were fantastic hosts. The property is gorgeous and we found our room to be spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was great for getting ready at the same time. The homemade breakfast each morning was a lovely treat and Giulia was especially helpful in acting as a vacation planner and directing us to some beautiful spots to explore and some local places to try for dinner. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

It’s safe to say, you will never stay at a better Airbnb than this - nor any hotel! Tamara, the view, the breakfasts, our private dinner (arranged on request), the pool (too cold for most people but not for British people), the animals, the wine, I don’t know where to start! If you’re thinking about staying here, or staying in the area, you cannot do better than this lovely place. We are both already thinking about how we can come back. Highly, highly recommended. Siamo stati due notti in questa casettina molto curata e graziosa. Milena è stata molto accogliente e ci ha coccolati con mille attenzioni: dalla pizza appena arrivati ai biscottini freschi per la colazione. Avendo un piccolino di pochi mesi con noi, ci ha fatto trovare in casa anche l’occorrente base per poter cucinare le pappe. La posizione è perfetta per muoversi a piedi nel centro storico ed è anche possibile parcheggiare con facilità non troppo lontano. Esperienza molto positiva e ideale per una famiglia con un bimbo piccolo.

Siamo stati a Rocca Calascio, un luogo panoramico e molto suggestivo a mezz’ora di auto dal B&B di Letizia. Il giorno successivo abbiamo visitato L’Aquila che si raggiunge con 40 minuti d’auto da lì. Ottima la colazione con tutto il necessario. Segnalo le torte fatte a mano da Letizia che erano squisite come la sua ospitalità. Ci torneremo sicuramente quest’estate per una escursione sul Gran Sasso.

Fantastica esperienza! Ancora non hanno terminato questo piccolo angolo di paradiso ma noi siamo stati benissimo! Sono persone gentili e splendide e host formidabili infatti ci hanno avvisato dei locali chiusi e quali fossero aperti di loro sponte. I panorami qua si sprecano e la vista dalla camera è stupenda! Inoltre senza che fosse incluso ci hanno offerto una colazione internazionale buonissima fatta in parte di cose preparate da loro al momento! Consiglio di andarci e spero che finiscano l’intera villa perché sarà fantastica!
