Vacation rentals in Sumacàrcer

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

Maria's apt. is lovely. We stayed for a week in June with our 3 teenage boys. Plenty space for the 5 of us. Beautiful, large terrace, shady in the hot afternoons perfect for a snooze on the wooden loungers or the hammock(13 yr old didn't leave it!) Lovely pool, most days we had it to ourselves! Apt is well placed, near old town, the harbour and beach, all within easy walking distance. Maria is a wonderful host. ..Waiting for us when we arrived, with a warm welcome and lots of local advice on restaurants and places to visit. We all enjoyed our stay in beautiful Denia and will surely return.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Strand, Bars, Restaurants und Haltestellen zum ÖPNV. Sie ist wie beschrieben, sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung bietet auch alles, was man zum Selbstversorgen benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war perfekt und man bekommt proaktiv alle wichtigen Informationen und gute Tipps für die Umgebung.

A Perfect Stay - Highly Recommended!!!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Dino was heel vriendelijk. De woning was mooi, nieuw, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Extra fijn dat er een hekje geplaatst kon worden voor het zwembad ivm onze peuter. De buitenkeuken, altijd een plek mogelijk in de zon of schaduw, airco, zonwering en horren maakte het perfect. Nogmaals bedankt voor het fijne verblijf.

We had a fantastic week in the villa, 4 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 1.5). The villa is brilliantly equipped, plenty of seating areas and the pool is great. Beautiful views and very private without being overlooked. Great location for exploring the surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable and the villa had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. AC in the bedrooms is great, but worth noting (as we hadn’t picked up on it) that there is no AC in the communal area. It was very hot during our stay (early August) which meant it was very warm in the lounge and kitchen without AC, it didn’t seem to bother the children and we BBQ’d and spent most of our evenings outside so we managed, but we wouldn’t have wanted to sit inside for very long. All in all a fantastic week and we wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Thank you very much to Javea Holiday Rentals for making everything so easy.

Estuvimos en esta preciosa casita durante las navidades, y la verdad es que nos encantó. Tiene una terraza enorme perfecta para hacer una barbacoa, o simplemente tomar un café mientras te da el sol. en verano tiene que ser una pasada con la piscina y las hamacas. Las habitaciones muy grandes y espaciosas, y los baños muy bien, todo nuevo (incluso habían váter con chorrito, algo que nos encantó). El anfitrión fue una persona súper amable y atenta, y estuvo pendiente de si nos faltaba alguna cosa, pero a la vez nos dió nuestro espacio y la intimidad que buscamos. Sin ninguna duda, volvería a este alojamiento sin pensarlo, hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas

El piso se corresponde en todo con lo detallado, 3 cuartos amplios , 2 wc completos , salón con terraza… Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin problema. Todo muy limpio , camas cómodas . A la vuelta de la esquina hay un súper , 3 panadería/pastelerias, y un poco más adelante el paseo marítimo con infinidad de opciones para comer. Se encuentra en 2 fila al mar pero son 5 min andando y llegas a la playa , de arena y muy buena para niños. Tiene garaje para un coche grande que facilita todo. Roberto estuvo pendiente de nosotros y contestó rápido a mis preguntas. Tuvo flexibilidad en los horarios . Vino a darnos las llaves y enseñarnos todo el piso . Une petite pépite que je recommande vivement. Rachel est très sympa, flexible et accueillante. La vue est incroyable ! 😍 Le logement très bien équipé, propre. Pas de mauvaise surprise. Quel bonheur de pouvoir s’endormir avec le doux bruit des vagues, comme ci nous dormions sur la plage. Parfait ! Je reviendrai :)
